Subway — Restaurant in Mobile

I Visit this location frequently.. I order the exact same sandwich every time..Meatball Sub with American Cheese and Parmesan..This evening I went ordered my same sandwich..Then ordered My sister a Philly Cheese steak...On The Philly I asked for Lettuce,Onions, Mayo,pepper jack cheese and to be toasted...I arrived home 15 minutes after leaving this store..To My Surprise..The Items that were supposed to be on the philly ends up on my meatball sub...I head back to the location..The older lady ask me whats the problem and I proceeded to tell her...She stopped me mid sentence and told me I watched her make my sandwich...At this point i informed her i told her what i wanted on each sandwich and she agreed...Her demeanor was very irate and rude...She Asked me to leave the store..Get in my vehicle and come thru drive thru because she was locking her door and she's working by her self..I obliged and sat there for 30 minutes...She finally came and responded with a nasty demeanor...She only took my meatball sub and remade it..Gave me lettuce and onions in a small container mixed together...I said Thank You and she replied umm huh..I will be talking to corporate about...

I had the worst experience ever at this Subway franchise!! I ordered through the app and I chose curbside pickup. Once arriving at the location I sat there 10 minutes before calling inside the store to check on my order. The lady that answered the phone asked if I would pull up to the door. There are bricks in front of the store so noone can pull all the way to the door. She is standing in the door with my order saying that she couldn't leave the store unattended and would I pull to the drive thru window which I didn't have a problem with. When I get to the window she tells me that she's not walking to a car and that nobody in there was walking to a car. I told her that she needs to discuss that with her employer because I chose curbside pickup. After making it halfway home some of my order was not in the bag so i turned around and went back. When I went inside the store to tell this same employee she tells me "I bet you got out the car then" i am truly pissed at this experience. I will be reporting this store to they're corporate office A.S.A.P. I really believe she was intoxicated because she came at me for no...

I just left this location. When I walked in there was three older African American woman. One behind the counter two sitter down having a conversation. Nobody greeted me they just keep with there conversation like I didn’t exist. The one behind the counter left out one of the ladies sitting down got up came behind the counter after no greeting me looked me right in my face in said “what you want?” I said “how you doing” she didn’t replied. I said it again she said “what do you want” this ladies here are very rude the last time these same ladies was rude this one close to my house but for now on I drive out the way to another one. This is SAD got home all the vegetables was old I bought 4 cookies they tasted they they been there forever. The drinks was nasty hasn’t been changed on top of bad customer service the food was horrible I spend over 45 dollars I want my MONEY BACK...
