I have a service dog who help me emotionally ptsd from past and she help me with medical reminders or if my about to pass out from a random drop in my blood sugar. Well Iāve been going through chemo and radiation therapy both of which Iāve been taking for a long time now. But im In the recovery stages now. Well lately Iāve been so thirsty and all the water from the sink and stuff taste funny to SAMi and I . I already have a rough living situation. Iām desperately trying to find a job so I can rent an apartment and they s provide no help in this town for those who may be struggling domestic violence and have been kept from working. Well I barely make it to Dunk in donuts and i about fainted! I felt like I couldnāt get to a bottle of water faster. And of course Sam was thirsty too! Well I sit down and chug and then the manager comes over and yells at me and says you canāt have dogs in here and I told her she was service and she said where is your papers. Well I donāt have Sams papers or anything I need because Iāve been key from getting them and I have disability that make it very hard for me to get the proper paperwork and equipment Iād need to walk around stress free. I got kinda annoyed but just said like I feel like Iām dying and I need helpā¦well the MANAGER yells at me and says Iām calling the police and then says Iām about to pour boiling water on you! Like not only did the whole store gang up on me when I was sick and weak they called the police and the humiliated me in front of everybody. And then insulted me and kick us out for seriously no reason. I would NEVER talk that way to a customer. And Iāve been looking for a job canāt get one and sheās treating me!!! Ughhh. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my girlfriend had to work early out in Mobile so we pulled off the highway and waited for this Dunkin to open up. The store is supposed to open at 5 but the employees didnāt show up untill 457. We waited a bit to give them time to set up, and pulled around to the drive through by 503ish, when we got to the speaker the first thing the young woman said was āthis store is still closedā in a very rude tone of voice. I responded, āok when do you open?ā She said ā5:00 āour timeāā again with a rude tone of voice, I look down at the clock in the car and itās 506. So confused I ask her what time is it āher timeā she says ā457ā
After telling us āher timeā I figured it was only 3 minutes so I said āok well weāll just wait thenā she responded with āok back up off the speaker thenā I didnāt understand her when she said it the first time, she was asking me to reverse my car away from the speaker so she wouldnāt have to hear us for 3 minutes until they opened? I asked āwhat was that?ā And she responded shortly āback off the speakerā
We pulled off to the side and the truck waiting behind us pulled up to the window, it was definitely past 5 at this point no matter whoās time we were going by. And he backed off the speaker after a second as well. Apparently āher timeā still wasnāt opening time.
the way this particular dunkin operates is they entrust the operation of the store to two unprofessional, rude, young women. Who believe the world operates on their personal watchās time.
We work out this way often, but itās worth the extra 5 minute drive on our way to work to grab a latte from McDonaldās.
The attitude caught me and my girlfriend completely off guard. We hadnāt done or said anything rude and were only there to buy our first cup of coffee. Itās not our fault you canāt handle waking up to open the store at 5 without getting a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food and drinks were good. We were not told our total at the menu board. We were just told to drive around. She took what felt like an unreasonable amount of time to come and take our payment, then asked us to pull around in front of the door for our food and drinks. She must have done the same thing to the SUV behind us, because they pulled around (and instead of parking in a parking space in front of the door, stopped in the middle of the parking lot area blocking people exiting the drive thru, and me, parked in the space in front of the door). When my drinks were brought out, there was no whipped cream or drizzle over the top that usually makes me smile and would have probably kept me from caring that I just received under mediocre service, and was about to deal with a frustrating parking lot situation (queue the guy in the drive thru to start trying to come out at the same time I'm trying to back out of my space all the while, Miss Daisy was still parked in the middle blocking both of us). Ruined my morning. I won't be stopping at this location...
