PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in Mobile

Unfortunately, my experience this morning (4/13/2024) was the complete opposite of my previous positive experiences with this establishment's customer service. Upon arriving at 5:50, I noticed that the door was not open as it usually is. Instead of the usual gentleman who greets me, there was a young lady behind the counter looking at the door, she went to get another lady, who came out from the kitchen and gave me a rude hand gesture to let me know they were not open yet. I patiently waited in the parking lot until the store officially opened at 6am. As I walked in, I greeted the staff with a "Good morning," only to be met with a rude response from a lady who rolled her eyes and asked, "What do you want?" I was taken aback by her unprofessional behavior and replied that at this point, I didn't want anything and asked for the manager's number. To my surprise, she claimed to be the manager, and when I asked for the owner's number and her name, she smirked with a facial gesture and gave me a card, then I asked for her name which she replied Cameron. It's important for all staff members to remember that it is the customers who keep businesses open, and respect towards them...

This is my second trip to PJ, and each visit has been exceptional. The customer service was awesome. My neighbor introduced me to PJ’s and she loves it. I am a circle K coffee girl but PJ’s was pretty good! I order the Carmel crème coffee. It was good. My neighbor ordered a large coffee, two blueberry muffins, two turkey English muffins, one egg and bacon biscuit,three beignets and one cranberry scone. We were eating like we have a family with us! My neighbor really liked PJs. And I must say, they are really good! The biscuits and English muffins were pretty soft! I highly recommend PJ.s . Great Food ! Great Service! Check them out! Try...

We were just there we arrived at 9 and ordered two coffees, and we were stuck in the drive through until 9:20 there was only one car in front of us. We finally got to the window after the car in front of us drove off (without any coffee mind you no telling how long he had been there) and no one answered the door for five more minutes so we drove off. There were at least two people working in there from what I could see so I don’t know what was going on, but I’m not waiting 30 minutes to get coffee in a drive through with one car ahead of us that didn’t even get...
