Quickly | Asian Fusion Café Mobile — Restaurant in Mobile

I needed to find something quick to eat since I was wfh and was already out to run an errand. I have always liked Quickly but some reason it’s not always on my mind when I’m hungry. Anyway for some reason they were on my mind and I decided to drop by.

When I walked in there 2 customers who were waiting for their order. I looked at the menu and as always if there are various options I get overwhelmed. This is not a bad thing but I was hungry so I tried to make a quick decision. I went with the house combination sandwich. Why? I believe the main reason because it had pork in it. I really have no idea. I don’t really see too many restaurants have pork sandwiches. I mean there are ham sandwiches but that seems different. Anywho, I also ordered fries and a coke. I wish there was a combo meal option but that’s not the issue at hand.

It didn’t take long for my order to be ready. This was a plus because I didn’t have worry about being away from my work computer too long.

When I got home the first thing I noticed were the fries were very hot. I mean so hot I didn’t have touch them to find out. The box was on fire almost. They also provided ketchup packets. The fries were hot and delicious and not too salty. They had a real crunch that I like on my crinkle cut fries. Now the sandwich was a perfect complement to the fries. It was so delicious. I don’t have the name of the greens we’re on the salad but I’m pretty sure they’re used in a lot of Asian dishes that I’ve had before. The carrots added a little crunch to the sandwich as well. I ordered a smoothie from here and it wasn’t blended right so I called them back and told them about it and they said next time I come back I can get a new one made. So I came back and the girl tells me she spoke to the owner and that they didn’t feel like honoring what hey said.. even though I drove all the way to their place from Daphne. Any decent business would understand the situation ( the drink was so bad that I had to go to the other bubble tea place to get one) and honor something so simple like a drink. And when I was trying to explain this to the girl she continued to have a terrible attitude. Not only on the phone but inside the establishment when I was paying for the remake. Zero manners. I never take the time to write a review unless it’s great service or food but I had to share my experience. I never had to write a bad review but this experience needed one.

The lady was rude on the phone when we called for a pick up order. She was not helpful, didn’t tell us a time to pick up the order, did not repeat the order at the end of the call, did not tell us the price of the order, and the phone cut off twice when placing my order. I had to call back 2 times. When we got to the restaurant they had our pickup order wrong and when we mentioned it very nicely, the cashier slammed her notebook down (not exaggerating) and walked to the back, leaving the younger girl at the register alone with us.
