I've gone to this location at least 3 times within the last year. I used the drive thru for all my visits. We stopped by to grab a frosty and nuggets for my 5 year old today. There were 2 cars at the speaker ahead of me. They bought pulled around. I was never acknowledged at the speaker after multiple calls. Finally I pulled around. The other 2 cars were still there waiting. I waited about 20 mins before getting to the window. Once I got there to place my order the young lady says I need to go back around to the speaker box to place an order. I explained wasn't going back around after I waited so long and after multiple attempts of calling out to her with acknowledging I was at the window. She apologized, but still insisted that I go back around, because there was only 3 workers on the shift. A male worker walks over and she explained what happened and he too said i needed to go around. I asked why when there was no one watinh. The other car had driven off. I was very excited about it even though it was nearly $15 for my meal alone. I received something very sad compared to the delectable sight that is the Baconator topped with a pretzel bun. I can understand that mixups and mistakes can happen, but I can't excuse it. I have requested a refund through the app, and I am waiting patiently (and hungrily) for a response. It seems as though a labeling system might fix this issue, as none of the Saucy Nuggs were labeled, and we had to guess and hope the right one went to the right person. (To the customer: I'd recommend taking the extra time to check all the food, as the very few times I've been here, not once has everything been correct. You wouldn't want to expect a nice cheesy burger and bite into a mean lettucey burger...

They are constantly out of something, so the convenience of Mobile ordering is a joke because you can't receive what you order.
