What I wish were different.. price, specials that are not available but advertised at the order poor working app..I like to know what I'm going to get and the price without hearing they're out of something at least half the times I go to the ones in my town. This won't keep me from going there though because they do have the meats..they're not kidding about that. And they serve delicious sauces , lean generous portions of meattasty cheeses, yummy shakes and fruit pastries with thin baklava type crispy crust, huge heavily loaded chocolate chip cookies which they will quickly and cheerfully warm for you. They have great just plain roast beef sandwiches piled high with lean meat in a fresh soft bun with one or more of their really yummy sauces. The most popular ones are the barbecue and the horsey horseradish sauces. They seem to have a lot of new sandwiches throughout the year.. all great like their chicken salad with pecans and grapes on soft herb bread and their brisket with bacon and so many meaty big sandwiches that remind me of Texas bar b que I had when I lived in Houston. Arby's isn't inexpensive, but the prices are fair because the quality and quantity is always on point. I love their shakes too.. better than most fast food shakes but often not available. Still I can't give less than 5 stars because it's fast, it's so good, and it's fairly priced.. great food without paying for a wait person or fancy surroundings. There's lots of indoor seating and self serve sauce packets and drinks plus roomy clean restrooms. In summation...lots of parking right out front and along the sides, no need to dress up, clean inside and out, I wish there were one closer to me.the one in Modesto on Standiford stays open really late I think..covid could have changed that, but you can call and get a real person,so that's great.
Bottom line... Don't go expecting rock bottom prices, but do know you will be happy with your food! Don't forgo the desserts and /or shakes if you like...
Read more79 Cent Debit Card Fee...My food bill was $13.97 I used my credit card, the guy asked me debit or credit I said either way would be fine. So he ran my card as debt and handed me the key pad to type in my password, it was at that point I saw the 79 cent transaction fee. I asked him if there is a charge for credit? He told me No...I asked him why did he not tell me about the fee? He told me it is written on the pad. I told him he gave me the pad after he ran my card and he should have told me about the debit card transaction fee before he ran my card and let me make the Choice. My personal feelings on this matter is that the manager told the cashiers to always ran cards as a debit knowing most people would not notice the high debit card transaction fee. I believe this is a way to defraud people of this fee without telling the customer. People please beware of this fee and remember to say credit NOT debit. Bad business and bad management. 79 cent debit card transaction fee...
Read moreDuring this whole pandemic/covid 19 time, We have been saving money and not going out to eat so much. I have only been to arby's one other time so I am not familiar with their menu. I went through the drive-through & simply asked what kind of bread a sandwich came on and the lady responded very rude. I asked about another sandwich and she was even more rude. I am not 1 to complain but since she was EXTREMELY RUDE - I reacted and told her that she was being very rude. Even though their sandwiches are pretty good, I think customer service is extremely important. I will not be going back there due to this incident. I would give their location a ZERO if I could, specifically because of this incident. Ppl are out of jobs right now during this tough time, so business getting customers are extremely lucky, and should be extremely happy if they are getting business right now. Disappointed. Hate when ppl are rude. Especially for...
