When we've come to this location multiple times in the past and its always been great service. Tonight you guys had a new guy in training who was actively trying to do a good job and continously asked questions to his fellow coworker. He said hi to us when we came in- she didn't. This brunette coworker seemed extremely annoyed and "over it" because she was working. She continously leaned against the counter with her hands crossed and only spoke if the new guy asked a question until she realized my boyfriend also wanted ice cream then started to help him. The amount of ice cream I got from the new guy versus the miniscule ice cream scoops she gave my boyfriend was really upsetting. I get everyone has bad days, but when you actively have attitude and look THAT upset in front of customers and decide to give them poor quality of service, its not ok. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the guy did a great job even being new.

First, the short white guy with glasses working there tonight march 1, 2019, you have terrible logic and are disrespectful (best description I can give without knowing his name). How are you going to turn 4 customers away at the door telling us you're closed at 9pm when your door, your website, and everywhere else your hours are posted say 10pm. Second, as you turn us away you let 5 customers in who pulled up with us, to join the other 15 customers in the store already because 'they knew some of the people inside.' Put out signs with real hours and change the hours on all the apps and websites you use if thats the case but dont lie to my face telling me you are closed with a crowd of people still ordering inside and letting people you deem worthy in while turning other customers away. And dont ignore a customer who is asking you legitimate questions about your hours and have attitude when your business is clearly in the wrong. 10/10 will file complaints about the customer service of this...
Read moreI get there and was happy to see no customers in line... unfortunately I wasn't even greeted. 3 employees standing around behind the counter none of them acknowledged me so after waiting patiently I finally had to speak up and ask for some service. The first employee replied by telling me he's off... okay. So I spoke up and you think someone would step up and apologize but no, nobody helped so again I had to ask the next employee who told me someone was coming. A few minutes later someone comes out and helps me. 4 employees, 1 customer... really ppl? Management needs to manage... I won't...
