Taco Bell — Restaurant in Modesto

I ordered a Burrito Supreme with " extra meat" for myself and a soft taco for my Sister. When I walked in no one even acknowledged that they had a paying customer. Finally after 2 minutes I made eye contact with lady in booth and motioned her to send someone to take my order..she had an attitude because she had to stop what she was doing. A young lady finally takes my partial order then asks a young man to take over. 7 minutes have passed! I give the guy SPECIFIC instructions to make it FRESH & HOT & EXTRA MEAT which I paid for....I repeat my oder TWICE and asked him to repeat what he got... OKAY..... another 4 minutes pass--he leaves the register and starts to prepare food! Hmmmmm .. checking to see if hands are being washed.. he could not remember what I ordered....lady from the booth takes it upon herself to do the honors and I am repeating, "DON'T FORGET MY EXTRA MEAT"-- she is like on which one??? 🤯🥳😳-- I repeat it back. Get my food- open it up right there take a bite...tortilla crumbles...hard as a rock! I show her and tell her to do it correctly - I did NOT pay for that nasty Burrito Supreme..she made another one- barely apologized and I left- had not eaten ANYTHING all that day prior...ruined my entire experience. They do have HELP WANTED sign posted....Should have...

Usually I don’t leave reviews on fast food restaurants, it’s a bit pretentious. But I’m genuinely annoyed at this point, I go to this Taco Bell a lot, and before it was great! My order was always right, the crew members were friendly, but there’s something about the night shift that puts me off. I used to work at a Taco Bell in a different town, so I know how “stressful” it can be, I’ve done morning, lunch and night shift, I know it’s hell. But y’all need to slow. Down. A. Little. Either they need new head mics or a new intercom, but they can never seem to hear or get orders right. I was charged for an extra burrito I didn’t order, and I’ve had previous issues with them forgetting items, or acting confused when I ask for a simple black bean substitute. I’m sorry but I’ve been there, and it’s not that hard to slow the hell down and making sure the orders right, especially when there is no one else in the drive thru. This has happened too many times, but this is the Taco Bell I go to because it’s the nearest to my house. I’m done yappin. Y’all need to take a chill pill. And rewatch the...

I feel bad for the team who worked on may 20th at 8pm. Everybody was unprofessional, I was asking questions about their menu, the boxes etc, the guy was very rude, they didn’t have boxes that other Taco Bells have, so when I was thinking of what to order, I felt pressured. I ended up not ordering anything, but wait there’s more. As I was driving by the window through the drive thru, the entire team were trying to be funny by saying “ can we just look at you for 5 more seconds”, as soon as I realized that they were trying to be “comedians” I just looked at them and thought, funny cause your the little goof balls that work at Taco Bell. So when you guys want to stare for those 5 seconds, just stop and think about where your career is at funny guy.
