Wth is management doing in this location? I was there today at 1955 11-4-21. With one vehicle In front of me, waited to order 10m. After waiting 10ms, I pulled forward and was told to order when ready, I said “give me one second” as I verified my order, immediately proceeded to order and I was cut off and waited another 3ms and finally ordered a jalapeño cheeseburger with a unsweetened tea medium. 17.95 was my total. Waited another 10m before the car in-front got there singe bag meal. Drove up to window and they didn’t even bother to confirm my total or if my order was correct. Paid. No receipt given. Was given raspberry tea, was unable to wave her down to correct the error so I waited until she returned 7m later with my meal, told her drink was incorrect, she then came back with another new cup. I observed there was no trash can in the drive threw accesible for me to rid the incorrect drink, so I asked if she would be willing to toss it for me. God felt like I asked her for her number! I was irritated and made her aware that I did not want the incorrect drink in my vehicle, as she continued to deny disposing her error for me. She literally told me to dump it on the side of the driveway. And that’s when I made to decision to write this review. Which by the way the 2nd drink was also incorrect. J.F.C this team needs to be removed from their duties. The fries were extremely old, not a single recent fry. Carl’s Jr. Is amazing but this location needs to disappear if they clearly not willing to replace staff after all these negative reviews! Please, if HQ is reading this please open un investigation on this establishment and staff I can’t imagine what health codes they are violating. Read moreIf I can get this Restaurant 0 zero stars, I would Today July 5th, 2025, I tried to go to Carl’s Jr.‘s to use my card for the Restaurant Meals program known as the RMP I’ve used my card and other restaurants. I never had issues at other Carl’s Jr.‘s but the one on McHenry here in Modesto gave me trouble. The manager said have you ever used at Carl’s Jr , she said their system wasn’t working. They were having trouble first of all. They’re supposed to be using a white machine for this program not a black machine, not the regular card machine that she was actually trying to pass my card on and she said well the RMP program is for cash I said no it’s not. I never had any trouble any place else. I said this restaurant and two other restaurants have given me trouble I said you’re using the wrong machine and I was checking to make sure she was not double charging me after 15 minutes of her trying to swipe my card 20 times she said it was not going through. She actually told me that If I have enough funds on my card which I had I told her you know what “cancel the order” and I walked out. I went down the street to downtown to another restaurant I was able to do three purchases singly they went through! It’s just that this Carl’s Jr.‘s the manager did not have the right machine. They did not know how to use the RMP system so I will never be going back there ever again for what I was going to spend over $30 , they can go to hell! me and my spouse are both disabled and over 60 years old to be treated like that I don’t think so! Jan 25th at around 2pm we went to Carl's drive thru explained I had 2 separate orders for 2 separate house holds both containing 2 separate coupons after placing the first order almost $30. We began to place the second order and gave the coupon code the staff member says "I'm sorry I can't take the second coupon for this order" my husband and I are puzzled ask "why" she said "only one coupon per Visit" my husband explained that our second order is for a family members household that has been exposed to covid and we are getting the food for them the Manager Claudia then jumps on the com being loud saying "NO YOU CANT YOUR NOT GETTING THE SECOND COUPON" my husband said can I go inside to place the order she continued to hollering Telling us NO They WILL NOT HELP US We canceled our order asked for her name and Management number she said she was the manager we drove around I asked for corporate number she slammed the door closed trying to ignore us then my husband knocked on the window and asked for the corporate number she slammed the door again and when she came back she tossed the number at us. I called it was the HR number. We drove to the oakdale rd Carl's and they took care of us the district manager soon called and explained we can use any number of coupons along as they are not duplicates BIG SHOCK to me he was kind, helpful, and promised contact her immediately.
