Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Modesto

I ordered a pizza online and called on my way in to request mushrooms on top because I forgot to add them when I placed the order online. The young man (wow, I guess I'm now of the age to accurately use that term to identify teens or 20 somethings... Mores the pity..) told me that he'd make me a new pizza! I had it in mind that maybe that's what they're supposed to do if someone calls and puts forth a request like the one that I had made but I'm pretty certain that the young man made me a new pizza to be nice. And THEN he didn't CHARGE me for the mushrooms after ALL! I realize that this is a small thing but in my humble opinion this kid went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that I'd enjoy my pizza. I can't remember the last time someone went out of his or her way like that for me OR his name and I made sure to ask him for it before I left. This review is for Vanessa, regarding the poor customer service I experienced. I called three times trying to order the “Stuffed Crazy Crust,” but she kept telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I even went to the store and asked her if she knew what “Stuffed Crazy Crust” is. Additionally, when I called, she didn’t identify the store location. While I was waiting for my order, she went to the back and spoke with another employee, and I overheard her loudly calling me a “pendejo.” Vanessa doesn’t deserve to work anywhere with that attitude and lack of manners. Little Caesars has always been good on prices, I picked up my on line order so there wasn't any service I could comment on but the worker did greet me when I walked in, and lastly the atmosphere. That only got my two stars because there always seems to be people hanging out there asking for money or like last time asleep in front of the store. It's probably because of 711 being right next door but it's not a very comfortable atmosphere. P.s. try the pepperoni puffs...
