I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chili's by Vintage Faire Mall, and I can't help but gush about the incredible experience I had, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sydney. From the moment we walked in, at 930pm to realize they closed at 10pm, Liberty and I promised we wpild hurry and eat but we were treated to a dining experience that exceeded all expectations.
Sydney greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease and set the tone for a fantastic evening. Her menu knowledge was impeccable, and she was more than happy to offer recommendations based on our preferences.
One of the standout aspects of our visit was Sydney's attentiveness. She consistently checked on us, ensuring our drinks were never empty and that our food was prepared to our liking. Her timing was perfect, and we never felt rushed or neglected, making for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience.
Sydney's exceptional ability to multitask was on full display as she efficiently juggled multiple tables while maintaining a high level of personal attention to each guest. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
The food at Chili's was delicious, and Sydney's timely recommendations only enhanced our dining experience. I had the ribs and Liberty had the Bottomless Queso & Chips. The combination of mouthwatering flavors and Sydney's service made for a memorable 30 minutes. It's rare to find such a perfect blend of delectable cuisine and impeccable service.
In addition to her impeccable service, Sydney's enthusiasm and passion for her job shone through, creating an infectious and positive atmosphere in the restaurant. It's clear that she takes pride in her work, and it truly made our evening special.
Our visit to Chili's, thanks to Sydney, was nothing short of amazing. It's rare to encounter a server who not only meets but exceeds your expectations, and Sydney did just that. She is a shining example of what outstanding service in the restaurant industry should look like.
If you're looking for a dining experience that combines mouthwatering dishes with impeccable service, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Chili's and, if you're fortunate, having Sydney as your server. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Sydney, for making our night truly...
Read moreOkay Chili's.. Look. I love eating here, I love the Tropical Sunrise Margaritas and Priscilla (sp?) was a great server last night. We were not in her section, but she took us on anyways. It was about 9:00 last night 11/11/14. We went because, for one, we have been loyal customers for like ever now and absolutely love our experience every time. Two, it was Veterans Day so it was a win win for us. Great food, my fiance got his meal for free. Thank you! So. Anyways.. Let's get to the point. Give Priscilla a raise or something, she was awesome. Also that one guy that I think is a manager in that striped shirt, he was cool too. HOWEVER, like I have already said, I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I order the same thing, without fail, every single time I go in. I order a Tropical Sunrise Margarita, Triple Dipper and a Mushroom Swiss Burger. I can count on getting the same thing every time. I've had Chili's all the way from Modesto, Ca to Denver, Co. You guys are reliable, fast, friendly, courteous, etc. Well, after hundreds or dollars spent, I go in last night to spend another $50 bucks and order the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Oh but wait, THERE ARE NO MORE MUSHROOMS. WHAT!? Can you imagine my surprise? I had my order ready to go even before we got seated. Even before I even got off of work. I had to sit there and stare at the menu for what felt like forever just to figure out a way to cope with the loss of mushrooms. I am not someone to mix things up, but last night I was really thrown for a loop. There are literally no decent Mushroom Swiss Burgers anywhere in my area. Oh my Jesus. How do you just not have ANY mushrooms? For a brief moment, I was lost and confused. I felt like the whole world had come to a stop awaiting my decision. The fate of the world rest upon my shoulders and I had been so unprepared to do something else. I had no plan B. There was never a thought in my mind that I would have to do something different, to take a different route and change my path forever. No mushrooms, you say? Fine, I will bring my own next time. Please tell me that you still have Swiss cheese. Oh, also, DO NOT EVER GET RID OF THE TROPICAL SUNRISE MARGARITA! That will literally send me over the...
Read moreNever will I step foot inside another Chilis establishment due to my experience at the Chilis in Modesto, CA.
I recently moved to the Modesto area from Florida and decided to grab some food and drinks with my sister.
We ordered drinks and as expected the server asked for our IDs, we handed her our Florida issued drivers licenses (we have not been here long enough to obtain CA IDs). What I did not expect was for her to walk away with them with no explanation. After about 5-10 mins, a different person approached us with our IDs and introduced herself as Heather, the manager, and stated that they were unable to accept our IDs and proceeded to explain her reasons: One of the IDs was cracked. She bends the ID as she attempts to show the "crack" that wasn't there. One of our IDs had a star and the other did not. SN: Florida licenses have changed within the past few years and each of ours were issued at different times. One is more current than the other. But both are VALID state issued IDs. The issue date is clearly printed on the front of the ID. It did not match the Florida ID in their "book". As explained in the 2nd reason, the state of Florida has more than one ID type therefore if we're going to be matching IDs to a "book" you need to have all IDs for each state. At no point during this interaction did the manager offer to accommodate us for the inconvenience and her apology was artificial and insincere. Not willing to tolerate any further disrespect and unwarranted embarrassment we immediately left.
Since the time of the interaction I have spoken with Heather again via phone as well as Ken, the general manager, to understand their procedures and how they could allow potential customers to walk away upset, when we had done nothing wrong.
The attempt to give them an opportunity to at least genuinely and sincerely apologize and or offer a reasonable explanation lead nowhere with no attempt at a resolution on their part. I am infuriated at how poorly this situation was handled and will advise anyone I know against going to any Chilis establishment. Chilis Executives - please better train your management and staff on how to properly and respectfully handle interactions...
