I've come to love this place and look forward to eating here every time I come. The food is of the greatest quality without being pretentious and well within my budget. The menu is diverse yet well balanced. I feel no matter your family size or age group there will be something of interest even for the most critical of foodies. The staff are welcoming, polite and accommodating. I've noticed a slight difference in the menu the couple of times I've come which screams locally sourced ingredients. There's nothing fresher than locally grown ingredients and it goes to show the chefs here really care. A new and refreshing menu every now and then is a huge advantage Delicioso has compared to the other restaurants in the area. To come up with great tasting dishes with the ingredients around you is telling of the chefs skill and passion for food. The patio seating was inviting and felt very safe. I highly recommend the rib eye steak. You won't regret it. I also highly recommend the fish and chips. It is hands down the best in town. Believe me. It took me a while to try it because I already had a favorite here in town but it's no joke here at Delicioso. The coup de gras for me was the variety of beers. In all honesty it's why I came here in the first place. Hands down one of my favorites Chimay which calls this place its home. Come by and ask for it and let em know maskedramen sent you. Let's keep this great beer downtown. I would greatly appreciate it. Delicioso does not disappoint. Try your new favorite restaurant for the first time, second time and a third before it becomes your Cheers here where everyone...
Read moreWe visited Delicioso as a party of four for Sunday brunch, eager to enjoy their creative menu. While our experience had some highlights, it was overshadowed by a disappointing incident.
The Crispy Panko Chicken Crepe was outstanding—perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I would rate it a 5/5. However, the modified Milanesa Torta was a complete letdown. We had requested no meat, but the chef removed not only the meat but also the cheese, salsa, and chipotle mayo, leaving us with a basic and flavorless sandwich. This modification reduced the dish to something unrecognizable and unworthy of its $19 price tag.
When we brought this to the server’s attention, we were still charged the full amount, which was incredibly disappointing. This lack of accommodation and attention to detail left a negative impression on an otherwise promising experience.
While the crepe might bring us back, the handling of the Milanesa Torta (modified) was unacceptable and needs...
Read moreWe have been wanting to eat at this this restaurant for sometime. Finally, we could make it there yesterday. So here is our experience: we got seated promptly with menus in hand which was very nice. Then again there were just a few tables taken. The waitress came around afterwards and took our order. I had made up my mind to have the Chicken Piccata although there were quite a few sandwiches on the menu that looked good. My husband ordered Chicken and Waffles. We waited and waited for 40 minutes before our plates arrived. I honestly was eating a roasted slice of chicken breast served over mashed potatoes and gravy with bits of capers and a few grilled asparagus on top. Definitely was not Piccata sauce , no lemon and olive oil in sight! Lacked flavor! Regret to say this but I was not jumping for joy! My husband's chicken and waffles was so so... Really wanted this place to turn out to be one to put on our list as a...
