Worst customer service ever. I placed my order at befor 11:45 they called said they won’t b able to bring my order that they close at 12, but the online website says 12:15 if u order before then u will still receive your order so I did then they call say they aren’t bringing my order I ordered off a prepaid debit card! My money won’t come back for Days! They said will credit my order I’m staying at a hotel how am I to get my order the next day only visiting for the night they could have brought my order just laziness and lack of professionalism! Maria the Manager is one of the worst most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with at dominos she’s a liar and will cancel your order at the last minute bad business horrible experience they need to higher better staff and maybe they will get some better reviews. I just talked to Alma the General Manager and she heard my complaint and was understanding of the situation and understood my disappointment. She did take care of me as a customer and was very pleased. I will give them 3 stars based on her taking care of the issue.
I will state why my rating. I ordered my pizza using the online way, it went smooth even saying that it would text me that the driver is on his way which I got at 1:53 PM. I then called after 35 min of waiting and I presume he was the manager Steven. He said my pizza would be there in 7 to 8 min. We waited 15 before calling again and then at this time Steven stated the driver just left which was confusing after that same person said he was going to be there in 7 to 8 min. Awhile ago. Read moreNormally my interactions are decent at best. Tonight my pizza order was incorrect. I guess I should check the pizza before I take it home. Got to where I was going look inside. Barely a sprinkle of the toppings on the pizza. The pizza was cold when I got it curbside. So I called. They offered to remake it. Great. Well now I have to drive back over there and wait to for the new one. I also was slightly offended when the manager asked me for the old pizza back. Like I was lying to my just try to get free pizza or extra pizza. Any other company just says sorry. It's not like they are giving the pizza to homeless or hungry people. Chances are, it's going straight into the trash can. But that doesn't really matter. Just tried to make me feel like a scam artist or something.
