McDonald's — Restaurant in Modesto

I visit McDonald's every couple of weeks, and I've noticed this location is very stingy.

I like to pay extra for extra hot fudge, and when I received my sundae, it looked like there was barely any extra on there. So I said, "Can I have a little more since I payed for it?" The response was, "normally you get 1 pump, so extra is 2 pumps". Like, really? Okay.

Then I go for breakfast and order a large orange juice. In the clear large cup, the juice is filled to just above the ice indicator line. That's a whole inch from the top of the cup. When did it become okay to underfill drinks?

Moreover, it's like pulling teeth to get katchup, even when you order it at the speaker.

Why would the managers at this location instill this type of service? It would behoove them to please customers since there are 2 other McDonald's locations within the same distance as me.

Needless to say I will no longer be patronizing...

Dirty establishment been here too many times and tables aren't clean but tonight I just wanted an ice cream cone they are open till 12 it's 9:38 and I was told they already shut down machines for the night, I am a retired mcdonalds vet from Ripon and also from the one in modesto off of Tully so to hear that line of bs when I know they aren't down and was told the smoothie machine is the same machine and its down after i tried to order one ,they are completely seperate machines one only does ice cream and the other does smoothies i know this but regular customers do not i get how that can just pass by others so dear management please re teach the staff here also give them a customer service manual on how to address a customer when they talk instead of ignoring them , as a old mcdonalds employee I know that's not proper etiquette but thank you for you time , but this place could...

I've been going there for sundaes with extra fudge lately. Granted, i'm sure there are some chemicals in the food that bring about a certain nostalgic feel whenever you get something simple like a hamburger, an egg mcmuffin, or even chicken nuggets. That same nostalgic feeling you get when you see something super racist happen at Nordstrom's and you say, "Now that's why I pay extra to shop at Nordstrom's! Im done with Ross!" Nonetheless, how can you go wrong with McDonalds? Sure, the fries are probably fried in some kind of pork byproduct, but so is Jello! And there's always room for Jello!
