I'm not basing this review on the food I'm basing it on the customer service of the manager Sarah who is in charge of the banquet rental and deals with the client in regarding there party. An employee gave her a message to give me a call on Sept. 29th this is when I started the process of trying to get ahold of her. Called too many times to get in contact never received a phone call back ever! She was never available when id call. Finally after giving my email i got a reply on Oct 4th mind you my party was reserved for Nov 5th.. once I emailed her all the details on time, head count, food ideas and questions regarding what I could bring in because I had to go through them for food no outside food was allowed..after 3 days I received a response only answering one question of mine nothing else. I replied letting her know my concerns that I'm running out of time need to finalize this so I can get invitations sent out but wasn't willing to do so until I had more information regarding price of food. She couldn't give me that answer was waiting to meet with vendors or rep. Than knowing she was meeting with them I call to try and see if there was any progress again never once talking to her one of the employees informing me she was in a meeting regarding my party would recieve a call once finished.. no call of course an email instead stating she wouldn't have anything for me til the following day. At this point I'm fed up I call the following day not receiving a quote I cancel the whole thing again having to cancel not with Sarah one of the employees. Having to reserve last minute location. So pissed wasted all that time! She's horrible with communication and if they want success with renting there banquet room in the future they need to have someone else in charge of that who's responsible, reliable and communicates! Just can't believe that I was treated with little respect and knowing I canceled still didn't receive an apology or call...Nothing! I don't recommend booking a party because planning takes time and if she's in charge you better start months in advance because she's so terrible at getting things done in a timely manner and getting in contact with it's not worth the stress! Plus who would want to give there business to a place that is that difficult...
Read moreLike being on dog poo duty, the three of us had to "man the office" while everyone else nursed holiday hangovers at home like responsible members of society. Phrases like, "What the F are we doing here?" were repeated at just above audible levels, in tones that monkeys might use right before flinging new cologne at zoo patrons. As it so happens, flying poo is against all I find holy, and I resolved to do something about the mood before things got worse. Fridays are meant for adventures, so I announced I’d buy lunch, and the mood lightened immediately. Deliberations about what to eat began, complete with head and bottom scratching that suggested some seriously heavy thoughts. Some people will say free food tastes better, but I think there’s a particular flavor in the spirit of giving that, when added to food, makes it amazing. I feel it pairs exceptionally well with pizza, which is what we eventually decided on. Someone threw out a recommendation for Michael’s, someone else offered to drive, and I made the call for an extra-large. If she lived, what Violet probably calls “The Willy Wonka Incident” doesn’t compare to how I feel after just three slices. Being unable to move now affords me the time to think back about this adventure, and I’ve begun to see how I was taken so unaware. For instance, we joked about the smallish size of their “extra-large” pizza, but the heaviness of the box should have been my first warning about the pizza’s sheer girth. It turns out, the number of inches isn’t everything as I am unable to summon the will to make coffee, while I sit here, repeating the prayer: “I shouldn’t have had that last piece.” Then another thought occurs to me—I remember asking them to add the envy of all our coworkers to the pizza. As I try not to slip into a post-lunch coma, I make a valiant attempt to think. Envy isn’t usually this filling—unless they poured it on in the same amounts as the other toppings. Through the haze of trauma and the meat-sweat hangover, I think about the other toppings. They had been piled on like a serial swine killer frantically disposing of evidence from a ham-massacre before the hamicide detective comes knocking. I am forced to conclude the envy of all our coworkers must be why I am so full. It was so...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting and was blown away by the delicious dishes, especially their mouthwatering chili.
The moment you step inside Michael's Pizza, you're greeted by a rad motorcycle enthusiast atmosphere. The friendly staff and welcoming ambiance set the stage for a memorable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this is a place that cares about its customers.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the chili. I must admit that I'm quite picky when it comes to chili, as my mom's recipe has always set the bar high. However, Michael's chili is something truly special. It's the kind of comfort food that warms your soul, with the perfect balance of flavors and spices. The meat is tender, the beans are cooked to perfection, and the richness of the sauce is simply unmatched. It's my new favorite chili in the world, second only to my mom's.
But the greatness of Michael's doesn't stop there. They offer an amazing lunch special that is a true bargain. For just $32, my buddies and I enjoyed a hearty and satisfying lunch, complete with some well-deserved beers. The combination of good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a friendly staff makes it an excellent spot for catching up with friends or winding down after a long ride on your Harley.
Whether you're a fan of pizza, chili, steak sandwiches or any of the other great items on their menu, you'll find something to please your palate at Michael's. And if you're a Harley enthusiast, the proximity to the dealership makes it a perfect pit stop.
In addition to the incredible food and value, Michael's Pizza maintains a clean and well-kept establishment, adding to the overall...
