Called in a pizza 1 hour before pick up. Arrived on time. The line was 10 people deep with a big party. I was told to wait in line for a carry out. By the time I would have gotten to the front my pizzas would have been 45 minutes old. I asked if they could open another register and was told by the cashier "that's not my problem". The manager came out told me to wait in line like everyone else and when I explained I wasn't going to be a happy customer paying full price for 45 minute old pizza that was ordered an hour in advance, he gave me a arrogant look and said, "fine your order is cancelled". I walked out with $50 of business that they didn't collect and won't collect another dollar from me. Why is it that they were shocked at the idea of a walk up order pick up for to go orders? Read moreMy sister amd I had lunch today at the Mountain Mikes at Prescott and Standiford at 11 am and our experience was really impressive. We were greeted by Anthony who was so upbeat and super nice. His customer service skills were top notch. He was so accommodating and even asked us if there was a pizza we would like to see at the buffet and did it. I talked to him before we left because I wanted him to know how much I appreciated his great customer service. I also listened to him greet and talk to the customers coming in while we were eating and he was just as nice every time. Read moreI love mountain mikes but this is officially the WORST one I have ever been to. We ordered our food and completed the transaction at 5:41pm. At 6:10pm, there was still no food and not one staff member told us about a delay with our order. So I asked an employee where the food was and was informed it would be another 12-15 minutes. We did not get our order and instead got refunded our money. When asking for a refund, the employee first asked if we wanted it in a ToGo box instead and when we said we still wanted the refund, the employee said the manager would help us.
