I love their donuts! Super YUMS! Every time I come in, I don't know what to get because they have such a variety. I have my favorites - apple fritters, maple bars, crullers, and their cronuts. I've never had a bad donut from this place so whatever you choose to get - I'm sure it will be delicious.

For my wedding, I wanted something different (what bride doesn't?) instead of a cake. So I opted for a cookie cake with a crapton of desserts. One of those desserts being Mr. T's cronuts - I ordered 75 cronuts with white frosting. I ordered in person but I am guessing they also take orders over the phone because I heard them on the phone while I was waiting in line.

When I told them how many cronuts I wanted - they didn't seem to believe me, lol. I told them it was for my wedding and I think they understood (I think). They seemed scared to tell me the price but tbh, the price seemed fair for 75 cronuts. They requested that I pay in advance so that pick-up would be smooth. They wrote down my information and the date/time of pick-up. They pointed at the date they wrote down and had me confirm, which I did.

When I was still in the parking lot, they called me & they asked for confirmation on the date of pick-up, I told them October 25 which is what they had written down. When I pulled out of the parking lot, they called me & again had me confirm the date. lol. I didn't know how much clearer I could be but I just confirmed again.

Wedding day came & went, & cronuts were picked up without incident and my guests enjoyed all the sweets.

My story really adds little to a review but I just thought I'd share my experience. I don't want to dock them a star for wanting to make sure the date was correct. If there was a suggestion bow - I guess it would help if they had a standard process for ordering big amounts of donuts. But HEY! Who am I? They're the best donut shop in Modesto so they're doing...

Stopped by this unique out of the way donut shop. Thought I saw a doughnut 🍩 ice cream store, cause I mentioned it, the kids wanted to try it. Decided to go back after settling for late lunch, but by the time we headed after filling up with a full tank of gas, the location closed. So we did an alternative and drove to this place on the way back. Mr. T's, I know what you're thinking, I was too, The A Team. Nope not even close. So after deciding this would be our last stop in Modesto before heading back we walked inside and kept seeing people going in & out of this place consistently, over and over and over and over again. It was the only one open or busy in this wild wild west shopping mall style. Weird, but ok....so we went inside and you can see that it was definitely not the Angry Boxer from Rocky 3? Anyways, we went inside and saw for 1 doughnut would cost close to $2 and decided to just get a dozen for the fraction of that single price. Our kids were slow in picking things and a longer line was building behind us, so we picked out sprinkles, choco with nuts, glazed with coconut, m&m and more. We couldn't stay to eat, as that could of been an option with a lounge inside for you to sit and dog out the doughnuts. We took this dozen to go, and let me tell you after the 1st bite, this or was a scrumdeliumptious doughnut as the 1st bite was so light, soft bitten, light & airy at the same time, I was watering there after. Took a bit of the glaze coconut, the glazed was light and buttery, not the taste but the texture, so soft and mouth filled. It makes you water from the inside of your mouth to the tip of your lips. So if you are ever taking a dip in town, be sure to stop by these folks and get yourself a dozen of these bad boys. You won't regret it........only afterwards when you realize you almost ate the entire dozen all by yourself, lol. I...

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I have been a long time customer and with good reasons! Always fresh donuts! They use the best and freshest ingredients! Even 1st time customers are treated like family, close family! They are consistent and consistently strive for excellence and perfection. The owners and staff care about their products and customers! (Cute story) I stopped in today to purchase a box of donuts for my Aunt for a birthday surprise. As the person serving me was placing my selections in the box, I noticed her take one of the donuts from the box and replace it with a new one. I asked her why she did that. She responded that the donut had an unequal amount of chocolate on it. I glanced at the discarded donut. A little microscopic amount of chocolate had come loose on the donut and she was not shout to serve that donut! Ohhh my gosh! Like a microscopic piece of chocolate would ruin my box of donuts! NOT! This is just an example of the perfection that Mr. T's Delicate Donut has maintained for years! All I can tell you is that throughout my travels around the world, NO donut shop will ever make better donuts than Mr. T's. And I have eaten alot of donuts around the world! Thank you Mr. T's, for your continued excellence and also for contributing to so many people in our community! Stay classy!
