Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Modesto

Pizza wasn't made to order, I paid even tho upset directions of order weren't followed, (I ordered chicken artichoke with double toppings, spinach, mushrooms, olives etc) upon pickup I was told new employees in back didn't specify it in the order, I didn't have time for him to remake it, (said it was 30 min wait the first time & he had three pizzas on counter he was already making, was told I would have to wait) Here is a picture of what I received for over $19 & the lack of attention in making it, lack of ingredients on pizza, the uncare of customer service! I told him I was unhappy & he ignored me, kept making the other pizza after I paid for mine & didn't care what I said! No apologies or offer of discount. This isn't my first time, but it is my first time posting my unhappiness. I should have read the reviews I usually drive across town to the one on Oakdale Rd which cares about giving good pizza & good customer service. I won't come here again The manager is here at this one on Tuesday the rude boy said when I asked when the manager was there & as I told the rude boy there I'm going to talking to the manager Tuesday, the rude boy ignored me and could have cared less. I rated it a 3 instead of a lower rating because the pizza was fine. What was not fine was the customer service. I have been to this store several times and always seem to catch the rude people that are busy. I've noticed this with other customers as well. I ordered my pizza to be ready in 45 minutes. I got there in 55 minutes so it should have been done. They told me they would start on it but were not apologetic and just told me I had to wait. I had given them 10 extra minutes to ensure that I wouldn't have to wait. 2 more people came in while I was waiting and they ran into the same problem. They also were not given an apology. Just told they had to wait. Both explained that they had already waited far too long and they were given an excuse about being busy. No apology. One lady canceled her order. I have bought pizza here for many years and after today I won’t be back. I walked in and a young woman was working on crusts, never acknowledge me but yelled out someone’s name. He gave me my pizza, I said thank you. No response from him. I thought something didn’t look right because the pizza was so small. Since I ordered it online I thought I had made a mistake and went home to recheck. It as not a large as ordered but a medium. When I phoned the girl said bring it back I’m. I said no, I’ve already opened it. She said nothing we can do. I said really, well I guess I can blast on social media them. She said go right ahead I’m paid hourly not by social media.
