Never had an issue with any other sourdough and co before but got extremely sick after eating at this location for the first time. I've always gone to oakdale location or the one on pelendale rd near dale rd and never had a bad experience. I placed an online order for the first time here and the Order was not ready so i waited about 15 to 20min when the girl said she was working on it. When I took a bite of the second half of my sandwich, there was a small what seemed like hair in my mouth. I pulled it out and was bothered. As I continued to eat the sandwich hesitantly, I felt hair after hair in my mouth. When I pulled it out, it looked like bunched up lint fibers. I have been to the original Sourdough & Co. previously & I consider this as my fault . I thought it’s the same but apparently its just a copy of the original but instead they give you buy one get one free . They copied almost 90% of the actual look , menu but failed to match the level in terms of taste , ambiance, quality & hospitality. First & last time here .
