Pho 7 Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Modesto

So the food was very good but to bad the last time I was here the man in there was very rude about my son . I will never be back . My son was being loud at first he’s 2 ! I don’t know if he was having a bad day and my son irritated him but while giving us our bowls .he made a comment that we have to be the ones to clean up after my son and etc . The way he said it was so rude and when we asked him why shocked at what he said we told him he’s a toddler I’m sorry if he drops some stuff but it happened sometimes kids drop some stuff mind u I always wiped the table after my child . He said we’ll come ask for some stuff and he’ll have us clean it . It amazed me that as a server u are going to make ur customers sweep and clean the table after them eating ! We were so uncomfortable that we left our food and told him we weren’t going to be eating there anymore . I was a waitress for years and I always had courtesy to pick up my mess and stack plates and bowls and etc . So food was good but. Customer service sucked . If you have kids be prepared to be asked to clean up ur own table after eating or just don’t bring ur...

I placed an order for pickup thru DoorDash and when I arrived at the restaurant my order was sitting on the counter and it was sitting for over 20 minutes and I know this because I had ordered a boba tea and the ice was almost completely melted and the boxes the hot food was in was lukewarm when I made a complaint to the staff they told me I should of been there on time to pick the order up when it was hot and they said that to me because they mistaken me for a DoorDash employee and told me to contact the customer I said I know I placed the order thru DoorDash but I’m the customer not the dasher and then the staff took the food away and went and hide in the back that’s disgusting that you would sell bacteria covered food and that’s what there doing too customer that use these...

I like this place. The guy here is so nice. He is patient and very welcoming. This place is a lot more welcoming than the other places I've been to where they barely speak. Told me to have a sit while I pick out what I'd like to order. Also asked if I needed any condiments because I ordered to go. He made me feel at home. I smiled waiting patiently for my food because I know its gonna be hot and fresh! I like hole in the wall places like this. Looks so yummy and delicious.
