Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Modesto

We usually order from this pizza guys and for the most part have a good experience, today however was worthy of a review for the sake of giving feedback. I ordered online as I usually do, order came in timely, but it was the wrong order. I called to ask about it and they had me on hold for 8 minutes, my girlfriend decided to call to see if they would have her on hold as long as I was, her call was answered right away and they started to help her. They offered to send out our correct order if I paid for delivery. I let them know to just refund me my money because I didn’t want to pay a delivery fee for something that was their mess up. They offered to not only refund me my money but to also zero out my pizza and delivery fee, making it to where we got our correct order we had ordered and where we did not have to pay a delivery fee, and to make it right they would give me my money back. The person put us on hold one more time and told us that his boss said they were actually too busy to make the pizza and deliver it but that they could refund me my money. I agreed to it, because that’s all I thought could be done for us originally, but the fact that they offered the extra services and then went back on them made us a little upset. The person helping us was very gentle and kind, but the decision maker giving us the run around really rubbed us the wrong way. We have 2 other pizza guys close to us that we will be ordering from moving forward. We hope it was just a bad evening, but we will be ordering from other pizza guys...

I just had a small artichoke heart, spinach, and feta, all on a sm creamy garlic white sauced pizza! That just happens to be my favorite style pie! The first time I ordered was at PAPA MURPHYS! They’res are obviously delicious also, being that it became my favorite! I had been getting pizzas from PIZZA GUYS, for some 10 odd years when I lived off Edgebrook! But I ended up moving further down by graceada Park, and sadly had kinda lost touch with you guys! But I’ve ordered from you again a few times recently, and am SO HAPPY to say you PIZZA GUYS have NEVER disappointed me! And today I decided to try my favorite pie out on you guys and once again, nothing less than AMAZING! Best one yet! My favorite pizza will now only be ordered from MY FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤️

Great Pizza, fresh ingredients, and delicious crust at a fraction of the cost! The next best thing to Round Table but Pizza Guys now has Impossible (meatless) toppings👏🏼Although I did not try, I’m looking forward to it! Their artichoke pizza with white sauce is superb and you can never go wrong with a classic combo. I opted for delivery which was fast, efficient, and friendly.
