Was okay, everything tasted dry for some reason. Went inside to get orange chicken, string bean chicken and fried rice.
Although I was the 2 out of 10 wearing a mask, which I still do when I’m out in public to prevent myself from “smokers/coughers/sneezers” that still amazes me that people don’t cover their mouths…. I did notice an observation with the panda “servers” when I ordered my food…
So how the front people, (servers) communicate to the back,(cooks) is by yelling/talking loudly since it’s pretty noisy inside. So with this said … the people that serve your food, have the tray close to their chest/waist, not so much to their face but almost , and as they “yell/shout” to the cooks, spit/saliva CAN um spit out as they yell and the middle older lady is notorious for reaching over, closer to the glass, pouring the food then yelling for more food to the cooks! I’m like ummm ya tiny droplets can be exposed on your food and I’m not being “particular” but I am. I think everyone in the “food area” should continue to wear masks as they talk/yell over food and I clearly saw today… (few orders in front of me ran out of food and noticed them yelling clearly over the food their preparing and kinda relieved they didn’t talk/yell over my Togo order lol)

( I'm the one who wanted the sauce the most)Came in there today ordered several items that require sweet and sour sauce was asked by everyone who I was bringing food back to, "to please get extra sweet and sour sauce", I tell Alma, my server, that I would like extra sweet and sour sauce and she says that there is extra sweet and sour sauce in the bag, she tells me this a total of three times upon my request. Low and behold, when I arrive home there was not even a single sweet and sour sauce. Not even one little container, absolutely no extra, though it should have came with more like 3 minimum and getting extra would have been like six... especially with multiple cream cheese wontons and egg rolls, but no, there's none! I didn't know until I get all the way back because she assured me multiple times that yes she had put extra in the bag! It just grinds my gears! Is she mentally challenged or was she screwing with my on purpose in some sick twisted form of over enthusiastic sarcasm!!! She seemed like she was mentally aware enough that it must have been ill willed, and she was completely sinister in her actions! To top it off she charged me for more food than what she gave me! Read moreMy mom had placed an order online for delivery through Panda Expresse's website to be delivered to my house. Well, the person who delivered (mind you, he was a hot mess and "couldn't find my house")my order was through doordash. When I finally received my order from him (he did handover), I informed him that the order was not mine. He pretty much told me to call Panda because it's their fault and not to "report him" to doordash. So, I called doordash, and they were no help and refused to refund me. So, I called Panda and explained the situation to them. The manager was so sweet and apologized for the inconvenience. I didn't get the manager's name, but she was awesome! She let me come and pick up my order. She was there when I came in, apologized several times for the inconvenience, and threw in appetizers. Honestly, accidents happen(they had several people order with the same first name), and she handled the situation well. This happened today (12/30/24). Thank you again for rectifying the error and not giving me the run around! Also, shame...
