Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Modesto

We should have known when we went into this place at 7 pm and no one was there. Ordered a steak burrito, a bowl and quest with chips. Food comes out but no queso chips. Takes the cashier a good five minutes to realize I am even standing at the register. I ask her for the queso and chips. She laughs and says she forgot and will bring them. While waiting for her to bring the queso and chips i proceed to begin to eat my food. Worst food ever. Worse than Taco Bell. Husband says the same about his steak burrito. He said the meat was very chewy. She finally brings the queso and chips and we are hoping that it is better so we will have something we can actually eat. It wasn’t. Whole meal cost $37 and change and we took 2 bites and it went into the garbage. My family and I are sick so we door dashed our dinner. It came completely wrong. The receipt was right. I called and she didn’t understand a thing I was saying so gathered our food and drove there.
