Called and asked what time the buffet started. We only sold one buffet last week so the manager decided that we will no longer have buffets on Saturday. The only reason I knew you had a buffet was from my order pick up two weeks prior. So I ordered a pizza with 20 minute given time for it to be ready. While waiting on my pizza, two men came in and asked to order the pizza buffet and you gave them the same story and turned them away to another location. Why would you turn business away? The salad buffet was set up. Ask them what they want and make it for them. So far a 300% increase from last Saturday. There is a women and her two children there for dine in. Seems to be something wrong with the order and I sense something among the staff and the managers visit to their table. Another gentleman and his daughter are waiting as long as I have for their pick up order. About 15 minutes now. Staff call out my name and says my pizza should be ready in 10 minutes. Well, we are at the 20 minute mark. How long does it take to cook a pizza? So....back to the buffet. Do you make a lot of pizzas all at once or do you prep them and place them in the oven, and cook them as needed? Minimum waste that way. Your a new store. It is called growing pains. Customer confusion leads to them not coming back or taking their business elsewhere. Business 101, not good. Your store is new, therefore it appears clean and not run down. Somebody made an investment. Ok, 40 minute mark now, pizza is ready. I look at it and it is just a King Arthur. You left out the Supreme. You charge good money for a pizza, why cant you put some toppings on the pizza and jut try to make it look like the photographs you advertise. When staff did not offer me anything else, I asked for a ranch dressing. He said they were out of the ones in back and I could help myself at the salad bar. I saw four different employees while I waited almost 25 minutes. The only pizzas moving were the three of ours that were present. The management and staff at this location are dysfunctional. they are either poorly trained or do not care. Three orders. All lacking in accuracy or timely delivery. Lack of detail with customer service and a get it yourself attitude. Turning away paying customers that made you a part of their day and routine. Read moreWhile my review may be biased. I use to work at this location from 2018 to 2021. During my time there I was a Shift Supervisor at this location on H St. We had an excellent crew & made sure they were in top shape for Buffet rushes during lunchtime & Night time Deliveries. While I was there the food was absolutely stellar. I've had pizza from Mountain Mikes, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Pizza Plus and various other places. By far my favorite pizzas are at Round Table Pizza. Before employment and even after, the pizzas from these stores are not short on toppings, size & the price is fair for what you are actually getting. The Personal Pizza typically has a lunch time special & is extremely affordable for a single individual looking for a quick bite. The larger pizzas definitely have quality over quantity. If you ever wanted to eat pizza and feel good at the same time, Round Table Pizza is my go to pizza. The pizzas are cooked through industrial cooking ovens, all the dough is hand rolled & fresh (I use to spend hours making ALL of the pizza skins for the day). The sauces are made by Round Table, ALL the prep is done at the store prior to opening. (That means all the veggies & even the salad/salad bar are all prepped right there in the kitchen!)
During Holiday seasons it can get a bit packed but is definitely worth it. It's a great place for Sports. This Location has almost 10 different TVs you can watch your favorite channels or sports on. While Covid was large when I worked there, we complied to standards perfectly. Cleaning is done constantly. I hope you all can have a great experience as I have before.

Read moreI placed an order for 2 large pizzas, salad and 1 extra dressing. When the order arrived there was no dressing. I called and was told that they use Door Dash and they can’t send more dressing. I asked to be refunded for the salad then because I have no dressing here. I asked why was my salad, dressing, red pepper flakes not put in a bag. This could have been avoided. The new shift manager then told me it was put in a bag and the Door Dash driver must have taken it out. So you’re telling me the driver removed the items, kept just the dressing, and delivered 2 large pizzas and a salad? I’m not buying it. The shift manager said they would call a manager and call me back. 2 hours later, no call back. I called again and was told they won’t be refunding the salad because I used an $8 coupon on my order and the salad was $8. What difference does it make if I use a coupon that I received from their email?? I’ve requested to speak to the store manager 4 times. I’m told someone would call me. 2 weeks later and not one phone call. I contact Round Table via Twitter and am told the store owner will contact me. NO ONE has contacted me. I’ve been a loyal customer for 40 years. I refuse to give you another penny. I’ll stick with Mountain Mike’s who goes above and beyond ALL THE TIME.
