Where do I even begin... I came in as a walk in. Maybe if I ordered ahead things would have gone slightly better. I ordered my food and had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. I got lost in the queue. That's fine, no problem, thankfully I work across the street... no big deal. Well, I was wrong. I still had to wait for my order of a plain turkey sandwich. Nothing on it, not even mayo. Nothing special but waited 25 minutes for it, practically my entire lunch. No problem. Got back to the office and took a bite to realize it was toasted although I specifically asked for it cold. No problem, the issue was that the bread was so incredibly hard that my jaw became fatigued eating 3inches of the sub!!!! WHY IS this bread so hard!!!???? I've never encountered sourdough bread like this AND FOR 20 BUCKS!!!???? Are you kidding me? Yeah no. Won't ever come here again. I expected exceptional service and food being everyone ranted and raved about this place. It's very sad when you wish you went to Subway instead. 0 stars for hard bread that caused my jaw to fatigue and I have zero dental issues. I've never even experienced that before. Terrible service. Terrible quality. Unfortunately will have to find some where else to go for...

Picked up my order, and my sandwich was missing ingredients. I called, a woman awnserd and she said that I had to bring it back in order for them to remake it. Or they can give me 20% off my next purchase. I told her I couldn't take it back because I'm back at work. She then said well you can bring it back or get 20% that is our policy. Then she said I watched them make that sandwich, and they put everything on it. I told her I would take the 20% . She then just hung up as I was going to ask how I would claim the 20% off.

Im not upset because ingredients are missing or because of the policy. Im upset about the inercation with her. Not once did she say sorry instead she insuniated that im lying by saying she watched the sandwich be made. This place is on the pricer side for sandwichs, and to have this type of interaction, it's unacceptable. My total for this order was $44. My 4-inch sandwich ...

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 french dips and 1 turkey and avocado and cheese and I got home and had no cheese or avocado and the tinyist bit of I jus for the French dips. I went back and had them give me more jus and avocado but got home and there was no cheese still I will never eat there again. We got the French dips as meals with chips and drinks and my turkey cheese and avocado no chips and no drink and it costed us $54.00 I will never spend my money there again. They gave me a cookie to make...
