Horrible. I was simply following the pick up instructions off the app and I got ignored by the entire staff. I had to beg for one of them to even come to the door, which was locked and I told them I had a drink to pickup inside and they just ignored what i said and told me to go around and use the drive thru (despite the instructions from the app saying otherwise). When I was asking about the dining room hours of the store since the app had confused me, the guy at the store just stared blankly at me with almost an annoyance at my questions. He literally walked up to the door and mouthed "What?!" when he first approached me. He made it seem like he was being bothered by being asked to answer a simple question. Just a plain and obvious lack of customer service skills. I don't understand why they couldn't just hand me the drink at the door since they were already right there. Anyhow, that guy had a terrible attitude and the most unfriendly demeanor. I sure hope he is not in charge. Anyway, I go thru the drive thru and they hand me an almost half empty drink with ice filled to the brim. You can tell there was no thought or effort put into making the drink. And I can definitely assure you they did not put all the customizations I asked for because the drink did not taste at all like when I usually order it at other locations. Terrible service, terrible drink, terrible experience. Maybe that's why they are the night shift people. Never going to a Starbucks again. Read moreI’m writing to share my frustration with repeated poor experiences at this location. I’ve placed mobile orders multiple times, and each time, at least one of my items has either not been prepared or delayed significantly—despite receiving confirmation that it’s ready.
On two occasions, I had to walk out because the delay was so long. The staff at this location consistently appear disengaged, with their backs turned to customers and no acknowledgment when you walk in. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming and inattentive, which is disappointing from a brand I usually enjoy and trust.

I ordered my usual—matcha with 2 pumps of brown sugar syrup and 1 pump of classic syrup. The drink was ready in a timely manner, and I was excited to enjoy it.
