I love this store! It has everything I like to wear at nice prices. I used to be hesitant to go to the store because a cashier wasn't the most nice and made buying awkward with the negativity. Thankfully, after buying many times at the store on different days, it seems that person no longers works at Cotton On. I wish there would be someone always posted at the dressing rooms because they're locked and you have to ask someone...

Manager was positive by doing just that being positive, now if only the employees working there this evening 12/13/2020 could learn a thing or two about great customer service. I haven't had any bad situations with customer service this year up until now.. knew it was to good to be true Lol anyway thanks again...

I love this store but when I was getting rung up today the associate named Jennifer was rude she literally rolled her eyes at me just because I didn’t want to make a new point account because I already had one. I don’t think I will be coming here after that. Needs to work on...
