The two stars are because at least the staff is friendly. This is the most convenient Starbucks, or any coffee place, to my house so I do frequent it but have issues probably 90% of the time. They have handed me the wrong drink and food too many times to count, through the drive thru and in store. They are out of things ALL the time and I go at 7:30am, how are you already out of your featured items. Today was the tipping point in getting me to write a review. Not only were they out of the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew coffee for the 2nd time (not even consecutive days) they were out of coconut for the Caramel macchiato I ordered as a substitute. Of course they didn't know they were out of it until they were making it. I heard her say it and a few minutes, that's right not even right away, later she asked if I wanted to use Soy instead. I agreed because I just wanted to get out of there and get to work. Ok so now they know.... another few minutes pass and I hear her ask the other barista if she would make it with Soy. I would like to add that when I entered the store I was the only one in there. The 4 people in line behind me had drink in hand, out the door and in their cars probably at work by the time my drink finally came. When she handed it to me I noticed there was not even any Caramel in it. It is freaking Caramel Macchiato! I asked and she said there was it just goes to the bottom, ummmm it is clearly not on the bottom so she "added" some. Worst drink ever! Push your order out as fast as possible and who cares about the quality. Mixed coffee drinks are put together so quickly they don't make enough the ingredients are put Carmel Machiato (sp?) barely have any carmel in them. I would excuse it if it was a "one time, they were very bussy" but this happens repeatdly at this location and the coffe road SB, even when they are slow. I tend to only goto the newer Senic & Oakdale SB. They can be a little slower but you get a high quality coffee.
