The deep fried soft shell crab is a appetizer must with Chang beer!

We came across the place, after our regular spot further away was closed for the day for gawd knows what. Years ago before the current owners took over, we had gone and it was bad - like we ate, left and never came back bad.

Glad we went there after an article in the local newspaper.

The food was delicious. We started with spring rolls (your choice of meat) and they had chicken meat to choose from! Yay! The other places in town do not have chicken spring rolls with this tummy peanut sauce.

We ordered 3 entrees : Pad Thai noodles, Pad Eggplant and Pla Muk Pad Ped.

The flavors on all three dishes were very good - so good we already made up our minds, that his was our go to Thai place in town now.

And if you like steamed white rice... it's free with the entree! Rejoice! Tell everyone.

I later found out the owners were former employees at another Thai restaurant in town which happened to be one of our other spots to eat Thai.

We will be going back to Thailand restaurant in downtown to taste...

Sad to say I was super excited to try this place considering my step dad is from Thailand and the reviews were awesome. We showed up 20 minutes before I guess they close for an hour. The rude pissy girl with the glasses huffed and puffed when we told her we were here to eat she disgustingly said we are closing in 10 minutes you can order Togo if you like. Mind you it was 20 minutes not 10. We told the lady we drove an hour away to eat here and we knew what we wanted already if it was ok to order and just sit and eat before they closed she gave the worst attitude back and basically told us Togo or nothing so we walked out. I have never in my life been treated so rude. Someone who works in customer service if there's 20 min to close you help the people that come in or have a sign outside your door saying that you stop taking orders at a certain time to close up. Will tell everyone I know never to go to this place because of the rude girl with the glasses if you are an owner and you are reading this you should not have this girl representing your restaurant. What a dam shame by the way this was 240pm 9/23/2024 didn't get the girls name but she was working...

Seated promptly,, clean tables & courteous, accurate service.. Ate Tuesday 530 PM and no crowd at all.. Free street parking readily available.

Ordered beef salad & panang curry which came with white rice plus a diet pepsi which was served by the can but with free refills. The beef salad was served with a bed of green lettuce, red & green onions, cilantro, shredded carrot topped with beef, spices & dressing. It was very good & definitely checked the "spicy" box as requested.

The panang curry I had with chicken, also spicy, which I ate on a bed of white rice. It was excellent.

Fair warning, when you ask for spicy here, be prepared as they heed your request. I am still wiping sweat from my brow and have a runny nose.

How much for all this? A paltry $27.50 plus tip. A great deal. ...
