Palladium Nightclub — Restaurant in Modesto

Recently went for New Year’s and let’s start with the $50 cover charge. Absolutely ridiculous but we figured if we’re staying for a couple hours we can make the most of it so we made our way to the hiphop room, it was a little packed but expected. Once the new year rang in it got even more packed, you can’t turn, can’t dance, can’t even go get a drink, we were trying to leave to the patio and no exaggeration we were stuck in that hallway for 5-7 minutes. No moving, only getting pushed more and more together to the point where it was genuinely scary if there were to be any real emergency. People getting mad, drinks spilling, pushing and shoving to get to the bathroom. Instead of the security guard stopping people at the door to help traffic and let some people out he was standing in the middle flashing a light at everyone. The DJ was terrible, he kept playing some slow break up songs which are good but not when you’re in a club trying to dance. The security guards smoking a blunt which explains the lack of urgency to help the crowd. We stayed for maybe 40 minutes. Went to Rancho Fresco last year and had a way better time & paid way less. Not worth it, you guys need to follow your maximum occupancy. Unorganized & unsafe. Lesson...

Awful place never coming back! When we got there we were excited because it was our first time in Modesto & it was a bachelorette party for one of my friends(there was 8 of us)everything was fine until we were about to leave. We were on the vip area, we stood up and there was stairs going down where I slipped and fell. Once I got up I realized there was a lot of water on the floor with no caution sign and the security saw when I fell and didn’t help. He told us to talk to the main manager but he wasn’t there. I went outside to tell another security guard to call the ambulance but he said they couldn’t do anything so I had to call the ambulance myself. I was able to call the manager when I was in the hospital and all he said was “What do you want me to do” with a bad tone. Thank god nothing major happened to me but I do have to keep going to the doctor appointments for weekly check-ups and physical therapy. I recently wen to palladium for a friends birthday, the music is as always no complains.but there are a lot of creepy guys that would just stand behind dancing girls hoping for a butt rub is discussing. I have had two incidents happened to me where my butt got slapped by a random guy as i waited in line to get a drink and the next time as i was walking to go to the restroom. The men there are desperate and disrespectful, watch out lady’s.. I dislikes that you can’t leave the club or you will be paying again. WTH, they are forcing people to stay so they don’t go club hopping… I had needed to go to my car and they said per policy I had to pay again. That is dumb, now that they have competition with the clubs across the street they are coming op with all these dumb policies too keep the people in. That was my expirience. I’ll just stay way...
