The service is horrible we have several employees who go there we work right around the corner so we go there everyday and I personally spend about $75 a week there and order the same thing everyday one being a Vanilla Chai. I get about half of a cup usually if I'm lucky and mind you I put in a mobile order everyday so how hard is it to read a screen? I have a problem with my orders almost everyday, just today I ordered a Macchiato and ended up getting a Latte. I called and they told me its basically the same thing just that a Macchiato is not stirred and the Latte I purposely ordered less ice and it was so watered down it was undrinkable I felt bad for my fellow employee who was looking forward to his drink. Almost daily they forget things on my mobile order its convenient because its around the corner from my job but I'm going to start going out of my way to go to a Dunkin donuts with some competent people. I'm tired of getting excuses every time I call from employees if they do happen to answer than they have every excuse in the book to why I my Chai isn't full its because there waiting for a new machine well Ive been hearing that since march machine must be being hand built, and its not like I can even LEAVE WORK to get my correct order. Steer clear of this place plus at 7am your lucky if you can even get in the parking lot you have people in the middle of the street blocking it because they're to incompetent to get peoples order right in...
Read moreUnfortunately, this is the closest Dunkin’ to my job, so I end up stopping here almost every morning. It’s really hit or miss. Whether your coffee is made right depends entirely on who’s working the morning shift. I always ask for an extra swirl and they never forget to charge for it, but more than half the time they forget to add it, which is super annoying because then I have to go back and get it fixed.
The hashbrowns are another issue. They’re made in a big batch early in the morning and kept in a warmer, but they don’t actually stay warm. If you want them fresh, you have to specifically ask; otherwise, you’ll get cold, hard hashbrowns.
This location was closed for a while due to remodeling their drive-through and indoor area. Now that the updates are complete, I really think they should focus on training their staff so that drinks are made consistently and the customer service is friendly across the board. Because I hate pulling up and immediately I get attitude....
Read moreI went here this morning just hoping to be in and out in like 5 minutes and it ended up being around 15 minutes and I ordered and there was this lady with red hair I didn't look at her nametag but she was cursing at other employees. After that she kept on asking what did we order again and she went to go make my milkshake and yelled at me saying, "We are out of mint chip what do you want!!!" And my dad yelled at Her about her attitude and how she was treating everyone and she kept on fighting back, we asked for a refund and she said talk to the manager yourself. My dad eventually found the manager a few minutes later and the manager did apolizge but he said all of the workers are under stress. But my reasoning is that you should still treat others with respect no matter what. She was very rude to my dad and I, and other customers. Very rude staff, very slow service, I'm very disappointed.
