If there was a way to not give a star I would! I spend over a hundred dollars a week probably if not more at this store and today will be the last day I ordered my pizza that came cold as always and opened my daughters small cheese pizza to find a fly melted and almost cut in half on the pizza. I took the pizza back to the store and spoke to the manager of the store who told me it was the drivers fault and the the franchise owner will not provide them with fly traps or pest control to fix their fly problem in their store so that flys in the pizza is the outcome. Not satisfied I called the general manager (Paul Reed) of the store who instructed me that he would offer me a new small cheese pizza haha what a joke and that people are human and make mistakes and I get that but three different people were involved in the making of this one particular pizza including the driver and no one did any type of quality control check on any of my food to notice the fly that was cut nearly in half. It’s absolutely disgusting and unreal!! And to offer a small cheese pizza for free that I already paid for is a slap in the face. And knowing that I spoke to the store manager and the general manager and they both know they are losing a loyal customer and not to care shows this location needs a management change ASAP ! Horrible customer service , poor quality of food !! DHEC needs to inspect this store and shut it down until they can provide pest control. It’s to late once someone gets sick ( this was at the Foxbank location but it’s the same General Manager and franchise and they don’t seem to have money for pest control or know anything about customer service )...

HE FINALLY ARRIVES TO MY HOUSE AND FLASHES HIS LIGHTS FOR ME TO OPEN MY DOOR DIDNT EVEN GET OUT AND RING MY DOORBELL.. I ordered a Medium THIN CRUST CHEESE PIZZA, with a pepperoni cheesy bread and it was delivered.but they delivered a thin crust pepperoni and a pepperoni cheesy bread. I CALLED THE STORE, and the lady who answered me asked who I was and I told her my problem. She looked it up and found out it was true I ordered a CHEESE PIZZA and she said she would put it in the oven and send her delivery person to my home with the correct pizza. Well here it is 4 hours later and I've yet to see a pizza. I have like 160 points saved up for free items and after I use those, I'll NEVER spend one red cent here ever again. You can take that to the bank...
