Bojangles — Restaurant in Moncks Corner

I Will NEVER eat at this restaurant in Moncks Corner ever ( if you can really call it that) again. I went thru the drive thru talked to the automated board so it was like a yes or no order at that time. Get to the window. The server is rude and I asked if I could add a drink was a little confused at the order station. And she said no I had to either go BACK thru the drive thru or get out and come inside….going thru the drive thru was to avoid having to get out of my car in the first place. So I just get the “food I ordered” or so I thought. I get to where I was going which was 15 mins away from where I ordered and lo and behold I ordered a 2 piece white meal with mash and gravy and Mac and cheese. What I got was a little different. I got a thigh and an extra small wing. A day old biscuit with Mac and cheese and a cup of gravy ( no mash at all). It was way beyond cold, the biscuit was hard. I don’t like just gravy( wasn’t even worth dipping the biscuit in) I wrote to the company and to this store and never got a response from either about such a horrible customer service experience I received. My family nor I will be back to this restaurant again. The only reason it got any star was just to be able to post this…..couldn’t give...

9/25/25 Worse service I ever got at a Bojangles. I was told at the drive thru to pull up to the door and my food will be out in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes. No food, Went in, food not ready, waited several minutes, got food it was boxed wrong, didn't get dessert ordered, had to wait for it to be prepared. No apologies, 5 employees and a dozen people parked outside waiting for food and no one attempting to take out any orders. Everyone was having to come in and get their food. Some was bringing it back due to not being what they ordered. I even said, we should be given complimentary tea for having to wait so long and having to come in to get our orders. The woman serving me looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and shook her head like NO! It's pathetic people get paid to give such terrible service. The was over cooked, the dirty rice taste like it was made several hours earlier and that caramel apple dessert is nasty and a rip off for $1.99 for a half biscuit with a couple tablespoons of apple pie filling and caramel sauce. That restaurant needs help and better...

Ordered a Bo Round on the dumb ai menu, waited 15 minutes in line, and once we got the the window the blonde girl asked if we wanted fried instead because she'd have to drop Bo Rounds for us...why didn't you do that while we were in line?

We waited for the Bo Rounds, drove off, and realized that half of the them were still frozen in the center. I Turned back around and went inside to get our money back. The workers just sort of eyed me up from the back area, and I'm fairly sure they tried ignoring me in the hopes that I'd leave.

Eventually after telling me "it's gonna be a while" (???) I said my food was still frozen and I just wanted a refund. At least they didn't argue with that.

It's obvious this place is massively understaffed. Get rid of the stupid AI crap and actually staff enough people to make the store...
