I have tried to use their website on two separate occasions and neither time it has worked. Both times I have had to physically drive to the store and put my order in with the cashier. This last time was particularly frustrating. Before I placed my order I told the girl at the counter that the website was still not working and she basically shrugged her shoulders and really didn't give me an answer or seem to care. I placed my order with her and you could tell she really didn't know what she was doing and frustrated, but she never bothered to ask for help from her fellow co-workers. When she finished, she told me the total, and I asked her if she was sure she had my order right, and physically showed her the order I had wrote down on my paper, and she said yes. The reason I questioned it was because there was over a $12 price difference in the order I tried to placed on line and the order I placed in the store. When I questioned her about this she said that the website doesn't give you the discounts like they do when you place your order in the store. So, I went ahead and paid for my order. I tried to look at my receipt to make sure she had my order right but nothing item wise was listed. Just my total and showing that I had paid it. She told me 20 minutes so I went out and sat in my car. I came in at 18 minutes after I had placed my order and had to wait a couple of minutes because there were a couple of people in front of me. She seen me and handed me 2 boxes. I said ma'am there is something missing. She said oh sorry I forgot to put the order in for the garlic knots, hence the big price difference. I angerly, took the boxes and left. I should have checked the order. When I got home, I discovered she had messed up my pizza as well. It was supposed to be half cheese, half veggie pizza. Instead it was all veggie pizza. The food was cold by the time I got home, which I only live 5 minutes away, which means it had been done awhile, and they hadn't bothered to keep it where it would stay warm. Read moreI recieved the wrong order completely, l it should have gone to a different address. I called to let them know and was told there was no driver to deliver the correct order so I can get a refund or come pick up the correct food. I chose to go get the food because I already waited an hour on the incorrect order but it was in the middle of a storm I had to drag my kids out I just worked a double and was already in my pjs so to say I was unhappy is understatement. Was told give them 20 minutes to remake the order I got there in 15 went inside in my order was already sitting on the counter they did throw in an extra dessert which I had already ordered one so it wasn't really necessary but I appreciated it. When we opened the food the jalapeno bites were not barely warm definitely look like they have been sitting there for quite a while and the philly cheesesteak was just super greasy. I am not sure if the delivery driver left my order there and brought me someone elses so when I went to pick my order up that was my original order that had been sitting there for an extended period of time. I also paid a delivery fee and since I paid with a credit card I had already added a tip. I still had to use my time my vehicle and my gas to come out in the rain to pick up my food then the food itself wasn't even satisfactory. Read moreI called in tonight to make sure my order could be delivered to my house when I accidentally marked pick up in my app the girl over the phone reassured me that it could be delivered to my house and that she’d be able to charge my card. I had no problem giving my card information again she told me she did not need it. After that she asked for my phone number which I provided to her our order was late so I called in to check on it. I was informed that the order had been canceled after they tried to call me seven times I asked for them to tell me the phone number they tried to call me at and it wasn’t even close to my number what is the point of me giving them my number if they’re gonna call a random number and then just cancel out my order. No apologies just blew it off like it was no big deal is how the employees handled it and the manager wouldn’t even speak to me over the phone. No one offered to remake our order or anything. The girl who spoke with me said corporate will handle it for me so I guess I’ll have to call them tomorrow. Very poor...
