Taco Bell — Restaurant in Moncks Corner

I have posted a review about Moncks Corners Taco Bell in the past. Not a good review. However; I thought to give them another chance on 6-29-024 around 4:30pm. As I pulled into the parking lot, I couldn’t help but notice a very long drive thru line. I decided to go inside to place a quick order to go. Not to my surprise, I stood alone at the counter for 15 minutes. Not one person approached me to take my order. I turned around to walk out when I noticed multiple people at different tables not eating. I asked if they were waiting orders and got answers of discussion. These people were there way before I arrived. I left and headed apr. a mile to KFC. I was served quickly, but costly, (another review in the making) and headed home. As I passed Taco Bell, I saw the same long drive thru line waiting orders. I see a fast food establishment that has to be losing lots of money just in bad service and of course, management. I guess the owners just don’t care!!!!! I had to rate so I could post my review. My actual rating is 0000…… And that’s on atmosphere, service and cleanliness! Do I recommend Moncks Corners Taco Bell to others?...

It was about a month ago that I went. I pulled up at 7:40 pm and the drive thru line was pretty long and they put a sign on the door that the lobby was closed, but I love taco bell so I decided to wait. I get to the order box at 8:05 and she tells me to order when I'm ready so I do. All of a sudden a woman comes on and says we're closed, we have no food, no staff and some other things. I was mad and said seriously I've been sitting here for over 20 mins and its only 8 o'clock. She says well I'm sorry but we're closed call the manager if you want in the morning...she was so rude so I said fricking rude and obviously she thought I said something else and hollered out "f" you. I will never go back and won't recommend anyone EVER to here. I would rather drive to goose creek or summerville to get taco bell then go back there. These fast food places hire high school kids and expect them to be respectful and well mannered but in reality they buckle under pressure and are very rude and don't care about anything but collecting a paycheck. I was in the drive thru for 40+ minutes and there were only 4 vehicles ahead of me. I was disappointed to see that they were no longer serving nacho fries......again. (This isn't the local store's fault, but it's getting on my last nerve as it is the only thing my youngest will eat from TB.) When we got to the window, no apology for the delay, no "thank you for your patience". Just the total and a hand out for my payment. When we finally got the food, the steak quesadilla had a good flavor, but not a whole lot of steak. The burrito supreme was so bland, I was afraid I had gotten Covid and lost my sense of taste. Fortunately, that wasn't the case. The burrito was seasonless.

"Bleh" food is what I, have unfortunately, come to expect from Taco Bell, which used to be my favorite fast food place. But the poor customer service is unexcusable. Don't tell me it's hard to find workers. That doesn't mean put up with those that make you instantly regret you gave the restaurant your patronage. Have SOME sense of pride and appreciation for...
