Flame City Pizza — Restaurant in Monessen

Have been wanting to try this place since I learned that they opened a few months ago and finally did this past weekend. We really enjoyed the pizza.

We did have a slight mix up with our order. We ordered a pizza with white sauce, chicken, and tomatoes but got it home to find that it was made with red sauce. When we called about it, we were informed that they will always put red sauce on a pizza unless white is specifically requested (we did request it when we ordered) but they made it right by remaking the pizza and we were told to keep the one with the red sauce.

Definitely won’t be our last time eating here. Excited to try more things from the menu including the seasonal items...

Wow, what a fantastic find!! Decided to try it after reading the reviews. This place did not disappoint! I agree with the other reviewers! The guy (perhaps the owner 🤷🏻‍♂️) that took my order was super friendly and the pizza is simply delicious! There’s no sparing of your toppings either, unlike many places. Definitely one of the best pizzas around that I’ve had. The convenience and simplicity of pulling up to the curb while having quick access to getting your order is fantastic! First time trying the place... they tell us 25 minutes for pickup. We showed up almost 30 to 35 minutes. My wife goes to pay and they say oh we can't find your medium pizza. So they say we will make you another one. So she asked about the rest of our order that was going to sit there for another 20 minutes plus the 20 minute ride home. They didn't take anything off the bill, offer to remake our order or even a complimentary soda. Then we get home and the pizza is undercooked and...
