The service is absolutely atrocious. Frequently I order take-out, and almost every time they mess up my order. Sometimes there is no cheese when I asked for cheese, sometimes there is no tofu when I asked for tofu, no bread etc. It would't be a big deal, but I look at the receipts and not only are the things ordered not there, but I PAYED FOR THEM! Once the cashier even asked me if I wanted plastic silverware to go. I said "sure" and when I got home...no silverware. I just ate there 20 minutes ago and I ordered one of their Med. dishes. I sat down and not only was half of the plate visible (lack of actual food), but also there was no tofu. It wasn't a big deal, I walked up and asked for some tofu. The cook said and I quote "Does he want me to make the whole thing again!?..oh my god". in the snottiest 19 year old voice you could possibly imagine. I just wanted my tofu, which I payed $2.39 for, according to my receipt. Basically the manager was like I guess we can make you it... I was the only one in the entire restaurant. She wasn't apologetic or anything. If you go here, do not expect friendly people or half-way decent...
Read moreNoodles & Company is one of the few chain restaurants we frequent. Unlike a lot of chains, I dont really notice much difference between the different locations. The company seems to do well re: consistency.
My biggest complaint is that they stopped the old rewards program which I used religiously (and got free Noodles on my birthday) and replaced it with an App, which doesnt always work, and seems to offer far fewer perks.
You can get a filling, relatively healthy (especially given that they now have a wider selection of salads and you can replace pasta with zucchini noodles!) meal for around $10. My kid likes it, and she's picky. My wife likes it, and she's picky. I like it. If you dont like it, they will make you something else, every time.
Pesto Cavatappi seems to be the universal favorite. My wife also likes the Japanese Pan Noodles and the Southwest Salad. I like . . . just about everything I've tried. Some of the dishes are more bland, but you should be able to identify which those are from the descriptions.
One of our more frequent takeout options, despite them not being...
Read moreHad a terrible experience here yesterday. I had preordered my food for pick up and it said it was ready at 5:13. I arrived about 10 minutes later and there was one person ahead of me. After I arrived at the window someone came and asked for the name and left for about 10 minutes. Then a second person came and asked for the name and handed us the wrong bag. So I pulled up and showed them my exact order and she left and about 15 minutes after that another person came to the window and asked our name again. We told him and said we have been waiting for almost 45 minutes and wanted to be comped or refunded and leave with out it. He told us it would be ready in 4 minutes so we waited. He ignored the comping request. We waited another 10 minutes and then we finally got our food. We didn’t leave the drive thru window until about 6:15. It was the longest most annoying experience I have ever had at a noodles. It was supposed to be quick and easy and it was...
