UW Credit Union — Local services in Monona

I have been a member of UW Credit Union for close to 20 years. I set up my account when I was in high school, and I maintained it even after I used out of state because I was generally happy with the service I received.

Today, a UW Credit Union representative couldn't take five minutes to talk to me about business bank accounts during a scheduled appointment time. I am disappointed that they don't value my business enough to spend a short amount of time talking to me about their services--especially since it was a scheduled appointment. The representative was short, rude, and made a factually-incorrect implication during the brief phone call. It was obvious that once he determined he couldn't open a new account for me at that time, I wasn't a UWCU member worth spending his time talking to.

UW Credit Union has provided my wife and I with tremendous service. We applied for an auto loan before we found a car, and the pre-approval process was easy. Then we very quickly found a car we wanted on Craigslist and needed to get the loan pushed through in order to seal the deal before a cash buyer showed up. I was able to work with Kyle Wildman in the lending department, who was great and kept me informed as to what needed to be done and was flexible to last minute changes. Finally, he had all the appropriate documents sent to the UWCU Monona branch where the employees there had them ready for me so my wife and I could fill out the title and DMV forms, get temporary plates- the whole deal. I absolutely love the UW credit union, they are fabulous I would never switch to another credit union, they are outstanding with customer service and so very friendly, they are very respectful and always very accommodating towards me, a very close friend of my wife used to work there and she had given high regards to them they are fabulous, there service is very understanding, quick and very helpful!
