I went in yesterday wanting to get the new iPhone. Us Cellular associate Aaron & the manager Zach working were able to get me on my own phone contract in less than a hour. I happily now have the new iPhone 16 in pink. It cost me $45 yesterday to start my contract & get my phone! They both provided exceptional service to me & my uncle accompanied me as well. They were very friendly & super helpful. I want to note that the store closes @5 & I came in @430. It was very close to closing time. I was not rushed or treated like a burden for coming in so close to closing time. I very much appreciate their time, professionalism, & patience they showed me while making sure I was able to be a happy owner of the new iPhone! Hands down easiest, stress free experience I’ve ever had @ any phone store. Thank you so much Aaron & Zach! EDIT: I forgot to say I purchase a screen protector for my iPhone. I kindly asked if Aaron could apply the protector for me. Without hesitation he said he would & had it on my phone FLAWLESSLY in minutes. I have never had a screen protector put on my phone this perfect. I wanted to give an additional thank you & recognition for his help! I walked into this store to purchase both internet and a cellular phone plan. The sales manager in my very humble opinion, was the rudest, condensing, unprofessional person with absolutely no customer service skills. He was chewing gum while talking, didn't want me to sit down (I am disabled), did not know the add on fees that come with all cell phone bills. He had a flyer offering no activation fees, I asked about this offer, he snatched the flyer away, threw it in the trash, and printed another flyer that had $300.00 activation fee's. This switch and bait in my very humble opinion is FRAUD. He must have been trained by lying Verizon as they have pulled the same propaganda. He reminded me of a pushy used car salesman that desperately needed gas money to get home. Thank God, I walked out. When I went to the US Cellular across the street from East Town, I was told they get a lot of customers saying they have had complaints about the Monona Store. The US Cellular at East Town, was very professional and will get my business. There customer service is impeccable and Honest. I will provide the gentleman's name I spoke with at the East Town store, that answer every question I had.

Read moreI had the worst costumer experience here. Ive worked costumer service when I was 16-20. I normally have sympathy for any poor soul working costumer service but not this guy. I came in to trade my phone.First I called before coming in to ask if they were a HQ store (because apparently that’s the only stores that handle trades) and the man responded yes. So I was happy, we drove to the store during rush hour, I was already tense because of the drive. I came in explained what I was looking for to be done. He was rude right off the bat. I thought maybe he was responding to me being tense, so I apologized if I was being rude. I tried explaining what I needed again, he was super condescending and made me repeat my questions over and over again. He told me that they don’t perform the trade in service. I asked if we could AT THE LEAST look up the account number to see what it would say about the deal we got. And he refused. I have never in my life experienced this kind of disrespect.
