Falbo Bros Pizzeria — Restaurant in Monona

I ordered a sandwich and a sandwich combo for carry out. When I arrived at the time they said it would be ready I had to wait another ten minutes for them to bag it up. Upon returning to my office I discovered that they had left out a couple items that I had paid for. I tried to call the store to tell them, but the line was busy for the next three hours, as if they had pulled the phone off the hook and set it down. When I finally did get in touch with them they said they would give me a free combo. Yesterday I went to the store to redeem that combo. They handed me a sandwich, again leaving out the drink and fries that are included in the combo. When I asked for a side of ranch they had the audacity to charge me for it after their many, many mistakes. I attempted to notify the ownership of the issue, but they either do not check their email or didn't think this was an issue worth addressing. To top it all off, the free sandwich that I did get was extremely burnt and I ended up throwing...

Ordered pizza while staying at a hotel. First I was told that it would be around an hour for delivery which was acceptable. Then I was notified that delivery would be an additional 45 minutes later (close to 1:45 after ordering). Not ideal, but heck it was already ordered. After around 2 hours go by, I receive a notice that the order was delivered so I go to the hotel lobby. The only hotel employee said that it had not been delivered so I waited. 5 minutes later I receive a text letting me know that the delivery driver was on their way. Conflicting! I waited another 30 minutes and there was no delivery so I reached out to the pizza store. They said that the delivery driver left a while ago and was surprised that it wasn't delivered. I use to order from there regularly but I have stopped for a few reasons. The first reason is that you dont do your subs anymore :( I really liked the pesto sub you had. But the second reason and biggest, is because the calzones you guys do are never cooked all the way through. Three times now I've had undercooked calzones (and I've only tried them three times) to the point of 100% raw meat in the middle which obviously is inedible. Your items are not cheap, in price or material, which is fine but when you buy something that you cant eat in fear of getting sick, that is not fine. I have never complained before about my food being undercooked because I didnt want to be a hassle and the 3rd and final time I just decided to be done.
