NEW REVIEW- we used to order from here twice a week. A year ago i posted a review and the owner asked me to give em another chance. We did a few times. My car just broke down so I just ordered for delivery at 8:10. At 9:20 i called to ask about our order. The girl that answered the phone was rude and saying they dont deliver this far bc its 15 mins away, which is also the same town. I asked why she didn't call and tell us that. She asked me if i was Amber. I said no. She said she had to call her dad and ask him but she forgot. So she's the owners daughter. She then proceeded to keep telling me it's too far to deliver. I said, "we're the customers, you didn't let us know you weren't delivering here so what are you going to do?" Then she hung up on me! And now it's too late to order from anywhere else! Oh, and they just delivered here in November
OLDER REVIEW-Ya know....I live basically right next door to this place. We used to order here a lot! The drivers tried to upcharge us a couple times so we stopped but we really like their food and they're almost always here within a half hour so We've started ordering again lately. They mess up our order 95% of the time now so probably going to find another pizza shop around. And we've tried even again.... for the last 2 months the food has been different, like there's a new cook or sandwich maker. Fries were not even cooked all the way. I get a BLT club a lot. Read moreWe ordered from here today at 4:53 pm. Around 6 pm I called and asked that they have the delivery driver call when outside due to our little one falling asleep. They said to keep an eye out for the driver, they were on the day, and weren’t sure which driver had the order.
At approximately 6:40 I called back as we did not have our food and we are only about 10-15 minutes away. They again told me it was on its way and should be here any minute.
At 7 pm we received a call saying they just got our order from beyond menu (now though they claim this was a beyond menu issue I previously called twice to check on the order and they claimed it was on its way) and asked if we still wanted it. I said yes (big mistake)!
The food finally arrived at 8 pm. My little one had been waiting for French fries for 3 hours. What was missing?! The French fries of course. I then called johns and asked them if they could please bring the French fries.
The response to this was no we can’t because it’s too far away. Mind you we paid for the French fries. They also refused to bring us a refund. The only option they gave was that next time we drive by they’d give us a pizza.
Now although I realized French fries aren’t expensive I had a small child who had been waiting for them for three hours (of course we already fed her something else for dinner but still). Besides that how can you take a customers money for something and then refuse to bring the food or the money back.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Worst customer...
Read moreJohn's used to be our FAVORITE place to order from. Over the last 2 years they have gotten worse and worse. Constantly messing up orders, sending wrong items, over cooked food or not giving what you were charged for. Ordered a cheese steak hoagie tonight, got a plain cheese steak. BLT was overly toasted bread, undercooked bacon that was cooked into a clump in a deep fryer with day old dry tomatoes. Ordered thru the slice app and complained about yet again another wrong order from them, slice reached out to John's and the girl who answers the phone LIED and said the orders were made correctly. When I called and spoke to her she had a different story and tried to offer a remake of only ONE of the incorrect items. After a heated and expletive induced conversation I declined anything else from them and hung up on the rude, lying employee. We spend upwards of $60-$70 every single time we order from them which was used to be every week but changed due to the constant chronic mistakes and yet they STILL can't get anything right. The only good thing about them are their delivery drivers are the only ones able to do their job right!! I highly DO NOT recommend them for anything but a bottle of soda which they also sometimes get wrong. Give people what they are paying for and make it correctly or change your prices. Get NEW Cooks who know what their are doing instead of standing outside smoking or are under the influence of substances and get a new front of house girl who has a clue and...
