I visited this location for the first time since opening a couple weeks ago and it was great. I have been to many Chipotles in different cities and different states. I have even worked for the company when I lived in CA. This one by far is the best. I always judged based on their Chips, portion and cleanliness and of course their service. The chips were perfect which says a lot because usually its not consistent. They were light and airy, crispy and the perfect amount of salt and lime. Everything was clean and organized which is typical, except for the one I visited in AL. Portion was decent. The rice and the guac felt a little less than usual, but the steak portion and ingredients otherwise was good. Service was good too! I know what I want and how to order, so thats the only thing I'd suggest to improve as I watched older people who didn't look like they had been there before kinda stand and look at the menue confused, is to maybe ask if they had been before and if you could help them with their order/how to order. Will...
Read moreThis was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I have been a chipotle member for four years. I tried to call the store or a manager or any kind of help… no success… they gave me no proof of payment, my rice and meat especially were so bare. It was embarrassing. I spent near $40 on two bowls at this location and I’m utterly disappointed. My meat is so dry… soaking it for 12 hours wouldn’t even help. I got no rice, I’ve got more lettuce than rice in my bowl. I will never return to this location again because of how pitiful this experience was. I’m also very disappointed in the management. Leaving this review was my last option. I hope this location does better than how I was treated today. Next time I wanna spend $40 on dinner I’ll go...
