Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Monroe

I frequent this Planet Smoothie location A LOT and between my daughter and I, I spend quite a bit of money there. I placed an order online at 5:20 and got there at 5:30. I was not greeted nor acknowledged for a SEVERAL minutes. Everyone was cleaning as if I wasn’t standing there. After a few minutes the young lady tells me that I “can order down here”. I said that I have an online order. She walked away to the back, grabbed my order and slid it on the counter to me and still no one said anything to me. I stood there in disbelief because I’ve never experienced this at Planet Smoothie. Everyone is usually very nice. I felt unwelcomed. After standing there for a few minutes in shock, one young lady asked the other employee why “was I standing there”. I then asked if they were closed because I felt like they didn’t want me in there. She said no we close at six. I said “have a nice day” and proceeded to walk out still in disbelief because I love PS but I refuse to spend my money where I don’t feel welcomed. I was racially profiled by the store manager. Even though I said nothing as I was being humiliated as the only person of color in the busy and crowded Monroe GA Planet Smoothie, I was told by the store manager not to be offended by how I was being treated by her SMH. That being said I have filed a detailed complaint with Planet Smoothie corporate office today.

Not welcoming at all the two females that worked there it seemed like anything I asked for it was problem not so much of the one girl taking my order but the white girl that was making my order. was very rude not very welcoming at all and seemed like she didn’t wanna be here if u don’t Wanna be there just don’t work there !
