Traveling on I-20 and decided to take a short detour to eat at a local place, and we are glad we did. The patient, friendly server explained our options. My husband decided to try the pig’s feet, I got ribs, and the other member of our party got baked chicken. The ribs and chicken were delicious. My husband decided he simply doesn’t care for pig’s feet - too little meat for all of the fat and bones. The sides we really liked were the potato salad and the mac + cheese. This is a very pleasant atmosphere where you're guaranteed to wanna sit and enjoy what you've purchased and why wouldn't you? This place ran by Mr. Chisley who happens to be a great Samaritan in the community of Monroe, la where they've been a beacon in the community for 10 years.
