Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Monroe

CHURCH'S CHICKEN ON 1613 ARIZONA AVE IN MONROE, LA IS THE WORST RESTAURANT IN MONROE. YOU ARE DEALING WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF THAT CAN NOT READ A BANK STATEMENT CORRECTLY NOR OPERATE A CASH REGISTER. I HAD THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS SORRY PLACE. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MEAL AFTER THEY CHARGED ME. I HAD TO BRING BACK MY BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE THEY CHARGED ME AND YET THEY STILL DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY FOOD. THEY PLACE NEED TO HAVE THE STAFF REPLACE. BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO GET SERVE AND RECEIVE COLD UNCOOKED FOOD. THE STAFF WAS NOT RESPECTFUL AND PLAYED AND JOKED AROUND WITH THE PLACE BEING PACKED WITH CUSTOMERS. MANAGEMENT WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. IT IS A SHAME THAT CORPORATE DO NOT KNOW THIS BUT I WILL INFORM THEM HOW I WAS TREATED THIS IS THE SECOND AND LAST TIME I...

Church's chicken at 1613 Arizona ave in Monroe LA is the worse and I do mean it. First off we order a 2 and 3 piece meal and the cashier says it will b RIGHT UP, then a few minutes turns into 25-30 mins during this time we see the manager trying to hand off a bag of raw chicken to a customer as he notice us watching he meets the customer outside. As we ask for the status of our order they say the white meat will b another 9-12 minutes so we say just give us a extra dark and we will b on our way, the cashier and the manager claims they cannot do that but u just handed off a bag of raw chicken for free REALLY, I got my money back,, smdh ...

I ordered a 12 piece mixed & only got 11. Spoke w/Dee, the Mgr OD, who was unapologetic, argumentative & noncompliant. "Ma'am, I can't hear you." Then how do you know I am ma'am? Anyway, I had 1 wing, 3 drums, 2 thighs & 5 breasts. He offered me one piece of chicken to come pick pick up without apologizing. The store wasn't even busy & they got it wrong! I want what I pay for just like they don't want $1 missing from their checks. My money wasn't counterfeit so why should the service be??? I shouldn't have to go across ant bridge for Church's chicken. Just close it...
