This is the worst restaurant in Monroe! I have never been treated so disrespectful by a manager in my life and I'm 62. Sunday I ordered a curbside pick up pulled up eight I'm front of the store threw Internet wouldn't connect to ssay I'm here so I wave in the car I posted I'd be in they looked at me like I was a UFO so I get out get mY pizza without getting a thank you kiss my a__ or nothing. Get home with pizza to find a hair in middle of pizza. Gross so I call there the man in the phone tells me it's not a hair from there omg it's only a 7 dollar pizza I don't need money informing you you have a problem as we are speaking he hangs up on me. What !! No I'm sorry mame what can we do to fix his..oh no so I go to the store with pizza and rto confront him about hanging up on me this man had the odasuty to call me a lier again. He said no one here spoke to you. I show him the hair that has been cooked into the pizza that probably fell out of his full beard he says to me that it's a fibeon the pineapple that has been burnt. NO ITS NOT. He stood there and looked at me as uninteligent as he sounded I cnt wrap my mind around how rude and condescending he was I left the pizza with him I left with no apology no customer service and definitely no pizza. Read morePlaced an online order at 6:53. It’s now 8:00 and my dominoes tracker is still on PREP. Called the store to make sure it went through and they had my order. Gentleman answers “Welcome to Dominoes, we are only taking online orders” CLICK . Didn’t get a word in. Called back and had to cut him off to say “hey just have a quick question”. He said “ma’am we are 30 orders behind . Short staffed just like everyone else” I nicely replied that I just wanted to make sure my order went through as it charged my card . Didn’t mean to be a pain, but my family needs dinner . “I’ve been doing this 8 years and I don’t know how to look up orders” …..WHAT . I then just reiterated I want to know if my order went through or I’ll just cancel it for the refund. He GRUNTS & asks someone to look it up for him . I provide my number and he says yes we have it and said have a good night .CLICK . So I have no idea when my order will be here or how far they are in making it . Read moreMore than disappointed on each and every visit to this location. To begin, their customer service is awful. A majority of the workers, along with the manager, have DISGUSTING attitudes towards any walk-ins. I sent my friend in today to pick up our pizza and she came out in near tears because the staff (specifically a worker named Tim) had proceeded to yell at her upon entering the building. Instead of coming to the front, they were lazy and remained in the back and started screaming and wondering who had dared to even walk into the store. It was so rude and unprofessional. As someone who works in customer service/restaurant management myself, I could never even IMAGINE treating a paying customer that way or even allowing my employees to (like Nancey does, obviously.) They always find some way to mess up my order as well. Forgetting extra sauces we paid for, not cooking the pizza fully.
