On 7/26/25 my wife and was celebrating our anniversary. We decided to order lunch because we had reservations later for diner with family. I ordered a pizza while in Samās Wholesale. We then waited in the parking lot of Dominoes for 10 minutes. My mobile app showed in the oven. I then went to the drive thru. After another 5 minutes the employee acknowledged us and asked me to drive around the building and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I did so. I then went back thru the drive thru in a rain. The female employee came up to the window holding up a receipt and gave a thumbs up. We sat there 10 more minutes. No response. I then observed 2 separate customers back out of the drive thru behind us and walk into the inside in the rain. The employees began waiting on them. I decided to pull up and walk inside. A second female employee began to look for our pizza a bread sticks. She couldnāt find them. She got the receipt and went to the baker. I observed him tell her heād have to start making our order. She told me what he said and offered me a drink. I was extremely shocked and fed up at this point. I ask for a full refund and afterwards left. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could leave no stars, but I have to at least leave 1. I will say I have experienced some of the worst customer service ever from this location on several occasions. Most recently, I ordered a pizza from this specific location and did not receive anything. I completed my purchase online and after waiting about an hour and a half of waiting received a call from the delivery driver. He informed my that my apartment was out of there service area (1.7 miles between my place and the domino's). He explained that another Domino's services my area, but he would go ahead and deliver it this time. After he hung up and about another 30-45 mins had passed I received a call from the manager saying the the pizza was not coming. No apology, no compensation for my lost time, and I had to ask for the refund. I do not understand why some place that is 1.7 miles away (literally) is out of their service area, and I do not understand why it took so long for them to call and let me know this. This location seem unorganized and lacking of communication between management and the employees. This is just the most recent incident I have had with this location. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It either takes way longer than stated, the order is wrong or they left something off the order. I call and they act like they couldn't care less. The first time they forgot something, I called. I was told they could bring it, but it would be an hour and a half wait. Excuse me? YOU messed up on an ordered I placed and paid for BEFORE the orders you're working on now and I have to wait until you're done with those?! I don't think so. They gave me a store credit. When I ordered again and used the credit, they messed up my order AGAIN. Last night was the final straw. It took 2 hours to get the order. I kept getting notifications stating is was out for delivery but the time changed with each one. Then I got a notification stating it had been delivered but I had no pizzas. It finally came 20 minutes later. At least it was correct this time. The next time I'm craving pizza, I'll be ordering from Pizza Hut or Papa John's. It may cost more, but it will be worth not having...
