Every single time we get home we have something wrong or something missing the past three times I just looked over it and dealt with it me and my 5 year old stood there patient while they took care of drive thru orders for 10 minutes then later on when we got home and got ready for dinner realized once again it was wrong and some was missing I work in Dekalb where they have the double drive thru and are so busy around the clock and never once do they mess up the order the monroe location which is very rare to be swamped with work can't get anything right it seems all my baby wanted after her first week of school was chili cheese fries and that's exactly what we didn't get I guess I should check the bag from now on but damn why should I have too everytime it's something they say would you like 2 for a dollar apple pie and I say OK and then you pay for them and don't get them when half the time you are the only customer and they still don't give you what you ordered who is managing this location...

My family and I stopped buy to grab dinner Monday evening while in the drive through I noticed something wasn’t right with my car. I had a flat tire.. After giving us our food the cashier (Dominique) asked if I needed help changing it. Of corse I did I had no idea how to change a tire. She asked me to pull up and said that she would be right out. In no time she was unloading the kids from the car and getting them set up at the window table facing my car inside. After getting there food arrange for them at the table she hopped to it. The lady was like super woman. She asked if I know where the spare was, popped the truck grabbed her tool bag from her car and BAM the tire was changed, kids were feed and I was on my way!! Read moreI was getting gas at the Valero next door and there was an auditor auditing the Valero station, taking pictures of the station, etc., minding his own business. The drive-thru cashier came out and asked him what company he works for. He told her twice and apparently she was talking to the manager or someone in charge inside on her headset. She then asked him what he was doing and he said that he was auditing the Valero station. She said, "oh you're doing the Valero?". He said, "uh yeah" and he seemed confused. The cashier went back inside. So it makes me wonder, why were they so concerned about an auditor doing the gas station? What does this restaurant have to hide? I'm not going to eat here. What health or cleanliness issues might they have that prompted the manager to send the drive-thru cashier out to interfere with a gas station auditor minding his own business very conspicuously standing at Valero gas pumps not even doing anything remotely related to this Checkers?
