For the 1st time in a long time I got a cold n old pizza, I was like wow n when I brought it back in the kid behind the counter didn't know what to do lol he just n shrug his shoulders n said" what you want me to do about it" he said he wasnt sure what to if he could do anything n then yelled out to someone n another kid popped out from the back area n he explained everything to him n that said give him another fresh hot pizza n either offer him something else such a pop or crazy bread or a refund for his unpleasant experience here n the kid start to repeat back to me what the other kid told him n I said I heard him n opt for the 2liter of pepsi n instead of apology the kid tried to charge me for the pop lol n i had to explain to him dont u remember what the other kid just said n said oh oh oh yea my bad lol n while I'm still standing there he asked again can I help u i thought he was trying to be funny but this kid was so high that after he turned around he thought i was a new customer n I told him I'm just waiting on u to give me my pizza oh n he said what did u order im laughing the three people behind me are laughing he didn't kno what was going on I once again explained to him n oooh he now I remember u n got me a fresh pizza n I explained to him smoking pot is legal now but he shouldn't do it before work n he agreed 100% with me his eyes were so bloodshot n he was so high he didn't kno what the hell was going on around him n he explained that he tried some new pot today n he was fried n we all agreed with him n tried to laugh it off but some people might not have Moral of the story Dont try. Read moreNormally, I'm a fan of LC but my last couple experiences have been foul. Both times I ordered the puffs. The first time, I was 5 minutes away and when I got there, they were already in the pickup portal. I left and before I got 2 miles away I grabbed one out. I was expecting to need to blow on it and take little bites while hoping to not singe my taste buds but noooo... they were far from hot. I knew instantly they'd pulled them from the already made ones and slapped a sticker that they were fresh on them. I should have gone back but I was in a rush to get home.
The other day, I thought I'd try again. This time I pulled in the parking lot right in front of the door before I ordered. I would have just walked in but I had a coupon for online. I put that I'd pay in the store and as soon as I sent it thru I walked in the store. I watched as the guy walked up, checked the already made ones and yelled to the back that he had both... of MINE! I watched him toss them on the counter where they finish the orders and walk away. I told the cashier mine were sitting there. At that point the original guy walked back over and printed the stickers that say they're fresh made and stuck them on them. I yelled back to him that I was glad my puffs were FRESH MADE! He had at least enough decency to show a hint of "oh crap" on his face when he asked if they were mine and I told him yes. Since I'd have walked in and grabbed ready made ones if not for my coupon, I didn't insist that I'd wait while they made fresh ones. At least this time...

Not sure how that is legal, but I didn't receive an item, called the store which was automated, made me go through a loop of hitting numbers, then takes me to a call center that had me waiting 25 minutes. The person proceeds to tell me there's nothing he can do other than give me a 15% refund. So, the driver "forgot" my item, and little caesars doesn't take full responsibility?
They go through Doordash for their deliveries, and the photo taken clearly shows my missing item was not in the photo. It was only a few bucks, but it's the fact of the matter. I don't like being stolen from, and I know nobody else would like that either. Just wanted to let anybody know, in case they don't receive an item...
