Not great! I heard positive things about this franchise. I can only say the Monroe location is not tasty nor does it have gpod customer service. We repeated our order 4 times at the drive thru speaker when we pulled up to the window we repeated the order 3 more times. No joke we repeated the order a total of 7 times. We got our food, mine was fresh, my husband's 2 pc mix was way overcooked. No utensils were given to eat the red beans & the cajun rice. $18 for 2 orders of 2 pc mix & sides. Definitely not worth it & they still got the order wrong & was also out of ketchup. I am willing to give one of the other locations a try but not the Monroe location.    Read moreMy brother and I went Southern Classic on Saturday. Online it stated they closed at 11pm we pulled up to the restaurant at 9:35pm. We pulled up to the menu to order at 10:06pm once we got to the menu to order they stated the restaurant was closed. It was about 5 cars behind us that also waited a very long time to order. I believe management needs to do a better job of training and providing better customer service. If you know you all going to be that busy please hire the help you need to take care of the customers.
